Frederent Development Inc - a J&C Property Management Company - is this legitimate? A friend is moving to New Brunswick and this info is on the lease but the hydro company couldn't find it on their list when they requested the landlord info?

Not well run. The office staff are completely useless. Thin walls, you can hear everything from neighbors units. Cheap rugs, appliances and the worst air conditioner. It's loud, old and only works in the living room. They won't let you add another unit in the bedroom.
