I cannot give enough praise to Pat and his team at Island Spas. As a new person to owning a hot tub I had many questions, concerns, issues ect. Pat always answers my questions thoroughly and timely. He never makes me feel like a pain for all my questions! He’s great at troubleshooting with me over the phone as well. I highly recommend him and his team. They have been nothing but helpful in assisting me over these past few years!!

Pat is wonderful! We purchased a hot tub from him early December and first off, best purchase we ever made. Having a hot tub makes your whole life better! Haha. Pat is very kind, very informative, answered my hundred questions patiently and had a great selection of hot tubs for unbeatable prices (and I know cause I went to 2 other hot tub sales stores.) After 6 joyful weeks of owning our hot tub I made a very dumb mistake and didn’t shut the hot tub off when removing the filter for cleaning and a little sponge got sucked deep into the filter hole causing the jets to not work. Pat was so nice about it and assured me that I wasn’t the only person to have done this. He promptly came out to fix it within a day and retrieved the sponge no problem! I’d recommend island spas to anyone! Thanks again Pat!

Pat was in their to meet another couple on a usually closed day off. He went above and beyond to work with us and explain the pricess, and now we will be owners of our first hot tub... I hope Pat knows hes gained a lifelong customer and a positive reviewer.. Thanks again Pat
