I recently had body work done on my car, and I do have to say, my car looks as good as new where the dents and scratches were. Bob provided me with professional quote with a detailed list or repairs for each spot that needed addressing. I would definitely refer everyone to this business for repairs!

I was recently in the middle of a three car accident. I had my car brought to Gagnon for repair. Very professional - provided constant updates and communication. Bob was a lifesaver. He took care of everything including returning my rental for me. My car looked brand new when I got it back. I would absolutely come back here again if I needed to (but I hope I don't :-))

Last week I got rejected at the NH state inspection because my Camry’s bumper was a little cracked. Strict up there! Anyways I bought a new one and just needed it painted! Gagnons offered me an awesome price!! His price was 50% lower or more then every other place I called in the Billerica area! I called at least 10 places!! He did an amazing job! He did it in less then a day and it looks awesome! I can’t recommend them enough. The woman at the front desk was very nice and took all my info and followed up with me when she said she would! If you need your car or parts painted, come here! Thank you gagnons!
