Due to a family emergency they were able to reschedule my service date and the communication with both Carla and Shaun the owner was exceptional. On the day of my appointment Shaun was early, waiting for my arrival and ready to do the install. It was was clear to me that he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his replacements and I'm so glad I didn't go to the national chain replacement shop my insurance company sends people to save $ at the consumer's expense. I have had my new windshield for about a month with absolutely no issues. Couldn't be happier with my Titan Auto Glass experience!”

“My auto mechanic recommended this shop to have my windshield replaced and I see why. This is a family-owned business and every aspect of my experience was outstanding. There was a question as to whether it could be repaired or required replacement in order to pass inspection and they explained that while technically it would pass with just a repair there was a high probability that it would "spider" and crack again definitely requiring replacement. They said it would take between 3 and 4 hours and that was exactly what it took. The shop also replaces and repairs any glass, not just automobiles; windows, mirrors, etc. I highly recommend it.”

“After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. I'll use them again and would recommend their service if you live or work in the Burlington area.”
“This is my go to guy with removing my window film and putting it back on. Very quick, efficient, does a excellent job, and has the best quality window film in LLumar. Also did my chrome delete on my mirrors and came out excellent. No complaints!”

“Safelite did a fantastic job. Obviously the circumstances weren’t great to have to replace my windshield in order to pass inspection; however, Safelite was clear with communication and it was honestly quite fascinating to watch the windshield replacement go down right in my own driveway :) For review purposes - 10/10 customer service and 10/10 happiness with completion. I would absolutely recommend Safelite under the same circumstance I found myself in.”
