I bought the engagement ring here and wow this place can’t be beat. The prices are great and the service is amazing. Raquel was amazing. She was incredibly helpful picking out an engagement ring my now fiancé would love. The warranty is top notch. We already sent them out to be resized and so much is included. Having just picked out the wedding bands I am beyond pleased with how much we are getting for the price. Everyone loves her ring. Thanks a lot Zales and Raquel for making our engagement and wedding special and ours. We will be back every 6 months for our free warranty included inspections :)

Store is supposed to be open at 11AM on Tuesday 1/09/24 according to google and sign on front of store. It is now 11:54 AM and store is closed with grates down. Not a good look Zales. I guess I’ll take my business to the other jewelry stores that opened on time.
