Absolutely the worst service, lack of stock, and everybody that works there always just seems miserable

Well. I think that most of these stores are raising the prices to gouge the consumer. Not only here but across the board which has given the corporate world massive profits

Wow, Left a negative review yesterday and the owner responded and asked me to call the store. I did. Was put on hold for several minutes and finally hung up.

Management not really friendly. And not very customer friendly.... We'll just go to Market Basket from now on!!

I wanted to like this store given how close it is to the house I will be moving into soon. Unfortunately, it is underwhelming, It has stained ceilings and missing ceiling tiles, empty shelves, and a smell that was discernibly bad even through my face mask. I also visited Market Basket which, although farther away, is much cleaner, brighter, and stocked. No wonder the crowd there was much larger. It beats Market Basket in the friendliness category but that's it! There is so much to improve, but it can happen if management cares enough to make it happen. Until then, I'll drive the extra 5 miles to the Basket.

worst shopping experience of my life. I always use the self checkout machine, it's just quicker. however, the machines updated, and they are horrible. the machine requires you to put everything you scan "in the bagging area" where it is being weighed. im assuming this was put in place to help with loss prevention, and it's a great idea if it worked. the machine doesn't know how much things weigh. so, if it seemed off it would repeat over and over "make sure all items are scanned and placed in the bagging area." or "weight is off, please make sure all items in the bagging area are scanned." and if it wasn't fixed within 10 seconds it would make a worker come over and undo it. I followed the directions and it still went off a million times. the poor lady working there, Gina B, had to help me as well as everyone else several times. She was very short tempered and a little rude but i can honestly understand. it was awful. every machine was saying something at the same time and it was a total frustrating sensory overload. these self checkouts need to be fixed or i can guarantee they will never be used, and they will end up loosing a lot of buisness.
