The store manager is not customer-oriented (shocker). Had a delivery order of 35 items.. got 13.. wife went down there .. the manager said the driver couldn't fit all items and indicated not his fault .. it's a third party... Dear Walmart please fire this idiot and replace with competent employee.

the workers that are in charge of the cash register take super slow scanning like 5 items the bathrooms are very gross there's so many people the line for checkout are like 10 miles long

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. been coming to this Walmart for over 10+ years for pretty much anything I've needed. been using grocery pickup for a little over a year & used to have great things to say. today was my last straw. I had to wait OVER 3 hours to get my grocery pickup. I got no apologies from staff or anyone. I understand being short staffed and being busy but the fact I got a alert saying order ready for pickup at 2:01 and again at 5:01 when I've been waiting in the parking lot in my assigned number for OVER 3 hours. My order was ready from 2-3. at 4 I started called the 508 number listed on pick up signs no one answered and voicemail was full and no room to leave new voicemails. so I waited outside the front door of pick up associates to talk to someone.. no one came outside so I go back in the car and call an 800 number, after being transferred 3 times someone tells me they spoke to the "team lead" & they are prepping my order and will call before coming out. it then became 5:15 and still haven't heard from anyone. a employee comes up to my window and asks for my name. explained that I called and talked to someone an hour ago who said it would be ready soon. he shows me his phone where it says the order is getting ready now and isn't prepped. I had another commitment at 5pm which this experience made me late too. silly me for thinking that picking up my grocery order would take 15 minutes I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected in my life. this was a complete waste of my time/gas. I could have gone into the store and picked out every item and would have plenty of time left to pay go home put groceries away & relax. now the one day I have in the week off is wasted from waiting this long. I will never be returning to this store & will not be recommending this store or Walmart at all to friends/family. I also witnessed an elder woman say she's been waiting an hour & countless other people leaving after waiting however long they waited. I truly hope you can do something to fix this system you have because it's just not right.

I have been going to this Walmart often....the area on Washington street can get very busy with traffic, so it's best when it's not during rush or busy hours. But I got some vitamins for far less than I would get if I buy the national brand. Reading the list of ingredients and percentage of daily nutritional requirement, these Spring Valley choices are very close to the other ones, at about 30-50% off. Do yourself a favor and compare prices....many times, these are even cheaper than the warehouse clubs like BJ's and Costco.

Garbage.We went for a grocery pickup 45 minutes after we had received an e-mail saying our order was ready for pickup. We got there, and checked in on the app, and waited for 30 minutes. People who pulled in after us immediately had their orders brought out. I called (several times until someone finally picked up), and was told they were still staging my order, and it would be out in 30 minutes. Okay. Why was I told my order was ready an hour ago?I told them to cancel the order because I was annoyed at this point and was just going to place an order somewhere where their employees do their jobs, at which point they told me they could be right out with my order. Okay, why didn't you say that 2 minutes ago when you said it was going to be another 30 minutes?It's almost a full week after I told them to cancel the order, and WalMart still hasn't refunded or cancelled our original order. We've called dozens of people from the store and corporate, and no one seems to be willing to help.DO NOT do order pickup here. They barely do their job, and have almost no oversight seemingly. Also WalMart will steal hundreds of dollars of yours and keep it on hold while you struggle to get it back.If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.

This is the worst Walmart!! They put up signs for clearance item and when you cash out its a different price! No one will check it. They say they can't. It has happened 4 times to me. This time I even scanned it before I went to self check out. The price was right. When I get up to the register it's different! I don't know why I bother. If you can go to North Smithfield cleaner and nicer people working there.

Clean and only downfall was the family restroom was "out of order," and I was told it was because the sink wasn't working. Thank goodness the woman's restroom had enough room to get through on my scooter, and there was no problem with my husband going in with me

This Walmart has easy access from the bus line. Wheelchair access. I have not seen a bike rack. Decent size parking lot. The traffic to and from is a bit tricky. Frequent panhandlers at entrance. On a recent visit on a Saturday, the store was packed and the queues for the only two registers -- which were self-serve -- was unbelievably long. We put our items back and left. Shopper beware.

If I could zero star this place then I would. I have been waiting for 45 minutes for my 3 Uber eats online orders, never mind the 30 other cars surrounding me who have been here longer, an order hasn’t been brought out in the past 25 minutes. I called the number on the sign 4 times straight going to voicemail. When I called the store to talk to the manager there was no answer within 10 minutes of me in the phone just to get to the store. I understand everyone needs people at their jobs because it’s the same everywhere, but here. This is a complete mess. Never doing a pickup here again.
