Doctors office ( especially receptionist) is efficient and kind. The rest of staff in the vision center ( mostly a few older women) are super nasty. The husky man is the only one worth speaking too.

I recently found out that my 2 year old needs glasses, and let me tell you, I’ve been through the ringer trying to find the right fit for her and an optical shop that would fill frames for little ones. I called a handful of times with multiple questions as a parent new to the glasses world and every time I called the person on the phone was kind and helpful. I bought frames online and then brought my daughter in to get the lenses filled, and it was honestly a great experience. The woman who greeted me was sweet and welcoming, and the optician that helped us and took measurements was knowledgable and helpful. After having to return glasses elsewhere because she was measured wrong and an all around horrible experience, I will forever be bringing my daughter’s frames to this Walmart to get filled.

Dr Lynch was extremely thorough; he tested and re-tested due to an unusual vision problem I was experiencing. He took the time to explain the issue, how to treat it, and what to expect during my follow-up. First-rate eye care here!

Been going there for years and every time different Dr. That's fine . This time they have no records of my being there or my prescription on glasses. my insurance takes 2 months for my glasses to come. They come and due to covid I didnt try them on. I cant see. They are horrible no good. I drop them back off and now they cant find them . And Doctor never even called me back yet . It's been a month. Now to call Corporate

I paid 200 to get my contact prescription, and magically my left is better and i dont need anything for distance in only in my left eye. When i called to ask if it was a mistake the receptionist or the person who answers the phone there told it was a quarter off its not that big of deal. I could not believe it WalMart really hires the low of lowest people! Don't ever go to walmart vision center! If i could i would give them no starts!

Horrible service, rude on the phone and I just drove one hour to get an exam because of a mistake they made and because I’m 20 minutes late they refuse to help me when I’m having a horrible time driving at night because of a prescription they gave me. Horrible

I have been using Walmart optical for a couple years,as it is super convenient. This year after my exam(less than twenty minutes in and out!) I ordered new glasses,as well as contacts . About 3 weeks later while cleaning them I snapped off the nose pad by accident. I went back to the store to buy a replacement. The girl behind the counter took my glasses in the back fixed them. She handed them back to me for saying "sorry for the inconvenience". What great customer service! I highly recommend them!

The doctors and receptionist were all very nice. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait but otherwise no complaints.

Brought my son there a few months ago. Receptionist was a bit cold but no issue. Technicians were great. My son said Dr Deek was very nice. Plus the glasses were half the cost of his previous Doctors office.
