I say run away from this pharmacy! They are extremely rude, they LIE and have terrible customer service. My mother missed two doses of her medication and was feeling ill already because they wouldn’t fill her meds on time. Kept calling and calling and same response every time: “we are working on it.” Ended up going there in person the next day and it wasn’t ready yet, they prepared the medication only when I got there, complaining. Definitely the last time I go to this place, will be going back to cvs for sure. BE CAREFUL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The pharmacist here is incredibly bad with customer service. Would be nice to give customers guidance and help versus having me run around to get something that she knew wouldn’t be able to be filled. Being impacted negatively because Walgreens can keep stock of stuff

The photo department messed up my order both times I went through them. Definitely do not recommend them to take passport photos as the US Department of State did not accept the photo I sent in which was taken by them

I have never met better people than I have at Walgreens pharmacy in North attleboro. They are so friendly and helpful everytime I go there. They make you feel comfortable always. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I meant to post this during last school year. I have a special needs, VERY strong little boy, who is a tough patient to have even for doctors. Last year when it was time to get the flu shot, we opted for Walgreens instead of the Drs as that was when Covid was peaking in the first wave of it (with his speech delay, he doesn't have the ability to communicate some stuff, and we didn't want to risk exposing him to it in the Drs office). I explained his issues to the pharmacist, who was kind enough to come to my car in the parking lot and administer his flu shot while he was in his booster seat. I still had to hold my sons arms and legs so he didn't flail and cause injury but the pharmacist took it al in stride and was VERY accommodating. (unlike their neighbors at Family Dollar who made fun of my sons speech delay 2 years ago). Highly recommend !

The pharmacy is constantly lying! They will look right at you and say something you know for fact is a lie! This is with our meds people! They are sending everyone to cvs so why not skip the bother of second rate customer service and GO TO CVS to begin with!

I’ve always had good experience picking up prescriptions or getting flu shots here. They have always been quick for me.
