100% disappointed with this location!! They are not interested in helping you!!! All they care about is selling you a phone or have you add lines and services you don't need!! They are always short staffed in this location! If you have a problem call customer service instead of wasting your time going in to this store. They will do nothing to help you!!

The manager went out his way to write on my profile that we had an argument and customer service was legit laughing because they’ve never seen something like that before & they’ve worked with the company for years. LMAOOO AS A MAN YOU ARE SOOO SASSYY LMAO

Well your store met my expectations based on our last visit. Not willing to help with our account and the store Rep was surly about responding to questions. I will not go there again. If I have an account question I will either handle on line or go to another Verizon store. To buy another phone I will go to an Apple Store but never again will I purchase something from that store!

Went in for help with internet service and the guy who approached me told me NOPE, they don't do that in that store (the whole time I'm looking at a whole set up advertising it) and handed me a piece off paper with a phone number on it. The lady I talked to, on the other end of the number) was more than happy to help me! I will never go to that store again, I mean why have it there if you don't offer customer service. I now know why the store was empty :/

I dont recommend verizon at all. Bought 2 phones and later decided I did not want the plan. Went into the store to cancel the plan and return the new unopened phones. After a month I saw no credit on my credit card in the amount of $267. After going back to the store they said call customer service. these people only care about making a sale. After that youre on your own. After finally getting through to verizon corporate. They said they had no record of phones being returned to the warehouse and that I would need to get a receipt from the store. Back to the store i go and Im told they cant give a receipt because they have no record on their computer of my sale!! You have got to be kidding me!! Now im out $267.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in first thing to upgrade my phone. The representative I got was not helpful AT ALL and short with me. I told him I was interested in an Apple phone. He walked over to the iPhones and said here they are and the prices are on the phone. Not helpful as to what I was looking for in particular or which one suits me best. I asked if I would get anything for my old phone, he went into an explanation of depending on what plan I was going with. He had my plan opened up on his tablet!! I told him I was staying on the plan I had now. He couldn’t give me a straight answer. I left VERY DISAPPOINTED. I guess the best way to get a phone now is to go online. Also, if you plan on getting a phone and them help you with transferring information, they charge $30 now and you HAVE to make an appointment.

Bought 3 phones, 3 Tablets and a Apple Ultra Watch and was told we’d receive 3 headsets. Over a month later still no headsets. Multiple calls. Still no resolution. After over 30 years I may cancel every Verizon account I have.

Customer service is garbage. They don't communicate at all. Walked in to buy new phone add a line for my son. "Oh we'll be right with you"They don't tell u they take reservations online and it will be over an hour. Just miserable employees. Maybe it's the day. Otherwise. Choose another profession. No one wants to be in a fn Verizon store on a Friday night with a kid. Do better Verizon. Maybe have employees on commission so they aren't yapping with their customers for two hours and we can get the hell home. Jesus. Little awareness people.
