I just went here & I wanted to get advice on a product to use for my acne. No one welcomed my girlfriend & I. We finally found someone and asked if they had a Dermatologist / Esthetician we can speak to about it. The worked rudely commented saying they don’t have a dermatologist. She said the esthetician was busy with someone else and “i guess tell her to look for you when she’s done”. We waited for 20 minutes around the store & I walked up to the esthetician counter & she had just started another client. We felt ignored, Unwelcomed & I didn’t buy anything, when i was planning on spending over 100 there if i could find something for my skin. Ridiculous. Awful.

Staff is very friendly, but they ate consistently out of stock of too many different products and manufacturers

Just got my hair done today by Antonia. As always she killed it. She does blonde highlights better than any other stylist that I’ve had before and I’ve been getting blonde highlights for 10yrs, 5 of which have been with her. I live in Cranston, RI. There is an Ulta 5min from me but I specifically come to this location just to have my hair done by her. She’s kind, professional, and above all AMAZING at her job. Love her

Just left the salon at Ulta never once left unhappy my stylist Antonia always takes good care of my hair needs.. She will be missed while out on maternity leave but I will return when she comes back Ulta is very lucky to have this lovely lady…

Would be embarrassed to be the manager of this store.Absolutely filthy.......trash , make up, wrappers .......all over the floors in every isle.Do the employees follow a checklist before leaving at night......sweep the floors?Not very inviting, shows no pride.

I stumbled upon this Ulta last year and Antonia has become my favorite stylist! She does a great cut and color and the prices are great! Everyone always comments on my color and copper is not the easiest color ? she’s fantastic

I just have to share what a wonderful experience I had with Antonia at the Salon. She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel welcomed from the time you walk in. I am a long time Platinum member and have utilized the Salon services in Chicago, NY and now MA. She restored my hair making me feel more confident and love the compliments I received. Five stars is not enough, as I would give her a “10”. You are lucky to have such a great associate and will keep coming back just for her. Thank you Antonia … you are a “GEM”.

I only come to Ulta salon for Antonia. Antonia is polite and skilled hairstylist. She provides consistent services every time . Very professional and I always leave feeling beautiful!
