The jeweler is a family owned business dedicated to giving the best selection of jewelry and professional repairs. They can design gorgeous pieces of jewelry and make anything the client would like to have done. For example, I lost my diamond in my engagement ring. The setting was fragile. MyThe suggestion was to put it into my wedding band for more stability because I never take my wedding bands off. My husband bought me a 25 year anniversary band at the jeweler which did not fit well with my wedding band. The outcome was to wear my 25 year band on my pinkie finger. I was so thrilled at the suggestion. They can make anything at reasonable prices and have a fine selection of jewelry as well. So grateful to have John and his family to provide such expertise, skill and caring in making and selling their jewelry.

THE BEST! I have been coming here for years and they treated me like gold when I was just getting watch batteries. When it came time for my engagement they had the perfect estate piece and it is beyond stunning! I have a couple of estate pieces from that which I love because they are so unique. Best jewelers in the world if you ask me!

I came in to have my seiko bracelet fixed and couldn’t be happier with the watch makers service! He is a true watch collector and even has a collection of really nice automatic and vintage watches for sale for extremely good prices. 10/10 would recommend any watch owner or collector to stop by here to have your watches serviced!

I’ve had the best experience with Tower Square. My engagement ring and my wedding bands are from them and all are custom made for exactly what we wanted. They resized when needed and always clean my ring when I stop by. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

I needed a watch band resized. I called ahead just so I don't get in the way of their serving Black Friday customers. Not only did they resize the band immediately but they also did not charge me for it. Very kind of them to do so. Henceforth they will be my first choice for jewelry shopping.

I had 3 watches that were notfunctioning; two had new batteries andthe third needed a battery. I explainedthe problem to one of the gentlemenworking there and he took the watchesback to test them. A Timex watch (over30 years old) had a charged battery;however the watch itself was in need ofrepair. The second watch, a Guess, hada dead battery and it also needed repair.The third watch, an Invicta, neededbattery replacement.The gentleman explained that the cost ofhaving the watches repaired would costmore than they were worth (unless I wanted to spend the money for sentimental reasons). He also explainedthat store-bought batteries often are notrotated, and are therefore not fresh. One of the batteries I had replaced myself was in this category.The battery in the Invicta watch wasreplaced and I was charged only for thatbattery replacement. The other twowatches were returned.He could have easily recommended thewatches be fixed, which would havebeen costly; but he did not. I appreciatehis honesty and would recommendTower Square Jewelers withoutreservation. The next time I need a newbattery or any other jewelry-relatedissue, I will not hesitate to return.
