This establishment boasts an impressive array of unique and captivating merchandise, yet regrettably, the demeanor of the manager detracts from the overall experience. Consequently, I shall refrain from revisiting despite my substantial expenditure on their merchandise. In contrast, the Emporium of Retro and Interesting Collectibles in Easton surpasses it by leaps and bounds, offering not only superior pricing but also fostering a more intimate and personalized rapport with the proprietor, elevating the shopping encounter to one of genuine camaraderie.

This store offers so much with a vast array of toys, collectibles, and figures for many fan bases. Their selection of Star Wars items is one of the bigger ones I have seen. Their prices are fairly higher than retail, but the selection and rarity of items make up for that. Staff are very friendly!

Been buying and selling toys here for over a decade. Lots of the 80s nostalgia, he man, star wars, gi joe, tmnt.... prices are retail, but they do have some good deals.

I went in there with my child and husband because she wanted a stuffed animal. Whole time I was there one of the workers there staring me down. I can literally feel him staring at me everywhere I went. Decided not to purchase anything and walked out. Y’all have cameras in that damn store. Made me feel super uncomfortable and will not be returning to that store.

If you EVER buy anything electronic there, idc what it is, make sure it works somehow. Bought a ps2 controller that didn’t work upon first use and because they have a bunch of signs up protecting them from having to take broken electronics back, I bought a $25 controller just to use it as a paperweight. Complete bullUpdate. So I’m being asked if I contacted anyone, and by this point the situation is too late to be fixed, and I already went IN the store and talked to one of the potential managers who used to always be there. Long black hair and a giant black beard, all the guy could tell me was it basically was no longer their problem and all I could do was contact you via email, but was still told honestly that it would probably have no effect. After going into the store as it is, who feels like even writing this review, yet alone messaging you when we both know it’s going to get nowhere anyways. And from staff rudeness especially, to everything everyone else has complained about, seems like none of it gets fixed. You just give a bot reply making it seem like you actually care, when in reality nothing gets fixed for anybody. Guess I should just be glad it wasn’t $100 over price like all of your other electronics tend to be.

I like the toy vault at the Warwick mall,The employees over there are nicer and not childish. They are also professional on helping me and my kid out looking for a comic book he's been wanting.
