I was told by a different jeweler that no jeweler would ever resize my engagement ring because the ring would be ruined. Then, he tried to sell me a look-a-like at his store for 2000. Jeweler's Workbench was able to resize it the same day at a reasonable price and it looks great. The guy is a hero.?
