Just had all tires replaced. Being a mechanic, I checked to see if the wheel bolts were torqued to specification. You know something, they were.

I wanted to give a family owned shop my business, but the service writer sold me lug nuts when I really didn't need them. I was at the dealer 2 weeks before I went to Sullivan tire. The dealer gave me a better deal on the tires. Which I should have taken. The dealer never said anything about my lug nuts. I'll never go back to Sullivan tire. I needed the new tires because I had a long drive the next week.

Came in this morning at 8:00 with an Emissions system warning light. Code showed the Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid needed to be replaced. My vehicle was back to me by 12:30. Thanks for the quick turn around.

The fact that the employees are so kind to their customers at this establishment blew me away. I've been trying to get my car state inspected for days and these guys didn't give me any problems or a hard time like other shops I went to. The manager seems like a Saint and genuinely cares about his customers and his employees. 10/10 would come back again.
