This location used the wrong oil for a change. Admitted they made a mistake. Offered a $10 discount. Wrong oil!? Technician made a mistake. They have poor training, no checks and do not stand behind their service. Changed to colonial tire. Al is great. Learned today that a nail fix is $26. Speedy rip off charges $50. Crappy service, no ownership of mistakes and over charging, why would anyone continue to go to this crappy local location.

I called this afternoon for a quote and time frame of when I can get my Highlander serviced for an oil change. Dawn at the front desk answered the phone and gave me the info I needed and was super friendly. I said I might stop in tomorrow with my 2 year old and she said kids and dogs are welcome! I ended up going in about 20 min later as I was driving by to go home. I was taken in in about 15 minutes and the service of my oil change was only 30 minutes. The tech that was servicing my car brought me out and informed me of everything and educated me on what was need moving forward. I will for sure be going back and recommend this spot for everyone!

This is one of the most professional and friendly services I've received in a long time. I called to get an oil changed last minute and they fit me right in and got straight to the point. Everyone who works here is honest as well and very dog friendly. I would highly recommend anyone coming here for great service. :)

The staff here are soooo nice and professional. I always go here for my inspections. I have to give them two stars because the tech got grease all over my door panel from opening the door and also on my carpet. I don’t know why they stopped wearing gloves and using paper mats?
