Just stopped in. I’ve moved a few times over the past few years and haven’t touched my bike in a while, and the tires were flat, so I brought it in to see if the tires had punctures. They filled the tires for free and checked the chains and were super nice about it. Plus they have an adorable dog. I’ll stop by for any bike needs for sure.

Brought in my Genze electric bike for maintenance to get it ready for riding season. They did an outstanding job and fair pricing will be returning for future service, are very knowledgeable, and have many bikes and accessories for sale.

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough! I have bought 3 bikes at this shop and get ALL my repairs done at this shop (usually once a week b/c I ride every day and I am constantly banging my mountain bike against rocks!). Joe and Bob are great! They are very quick on the repairs, very fair and I don't just consider them my bike repair shop but my friends. I drive 25 minutes each way to go to this shop and its definitely worth my time and money to go here. Best shop around in my opinion!

So I’ve come to the shop three times for bike services. First time I had zero issues. I thought they were a great shop. They were respectful they had the bikes done in a timely manner and it was a simple clean and tuneup on two mountain bikes second time I brought my bike in for brake issues and upgrading the brakes on my husband’s bike. Yeah, no issues, except for when I wrote the following week, my third back brakes still had some issues so I brought it back. They charged me for labor on something that I had already paid them to fix. When I went to pick up the bike, we put it in the shed went for a bike ride, but I couldn’t pedal my rear derailleur, was bent at the middle cog. I asked how this could’ve happened. They had no idea they insisted that it didn’t happen at the shop and they charge me $30 to bend it back in place. When I got home I looked over the bike to see that the chain is bent. A better bike shop would look the bike over 100% to make sure nothing was out of the ordinary on the bike to make sure it was safe for me to ride. Now I feel like I need to replace the derailer which is going to cost me more money then if they were to just admit that they’re at fault I would’ve been fine with bringing the bike back there because they’re being very argumentative about the situation. They’re getting a poor review and if I have to pay for the bike to be fixed somewhere else, they will be getting the invoice, and if it’s not paid, I will make sure that the lawyers will handle the situation.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Went to have my bike tuned up and to buy a bike for my husband and baby bike seat. The service was excellent, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The prices were very reasonable. They've been open for 80 years and you can absolutely see why. HIGHLY recommend!

Sirois has become the only shop that I'll take my bikes to. Excellent, fast service and amazing pricing (literally beats everyone else) and the best part... they're not bike snobs!

If you're a woman who is okay with giving your business to a condescending misogynistic dude, this is the place for you. Spent over $700 to buy a bike that came with snotty, patronizing comments from the sales guy (younger Sirois), after the bike was paid for. All I could think of was: the older Mr. Sirois was such a nice guy and decent to all of his customers. What a shame. Would have given zero stars, but this system required at least one.
