He assured me if she didn't like them that I could bring them back but that wasn't needed because she LOVED them! Great place. I'll be going there for all my running needs from here on out.”

Madison the store manager went above & beyond to find the item which happened to be a Halloween costume that was sold out at mostly all the store locations (which is why I ordered online) at another store. “The store manager at Rue21 Emerald Mall was AWESOMENESS at her finest this holiday season. I can't remember her name, but she went out of her way to ensure I had the best shopping experience in her store. She was a thin, but mature woman who knew her stuff :-). She even took the shirt I wanted (Betty Boop) off the manikin and sold it to me. At check out she reminded me of the current sale so I went to get another shirt, she then told me of some matching sweats. Of course I got them and told her to please let me go or else I'd buy the entire store. We laughed, she thanked me and I thanked her. It's Christmas today and my daughter LOVED the purchases I made there. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”
