Terrible customer service - no one is in the office and they stroll in after you wait a long time, even though they saw you park at customer parking, and when they do arrive they are rude and snarky and sarcastic. I will go to another branch from now on.

One of their employees took my brand new Mazda CX-5 for a 2 mile joy ride while it was there having a trailer hitch installed. Does a trailer hitch need to be road tested after installation? I don't think so. It's not that I care about someone putting 2 miles on my car, it's that someone who is not insured to drive my car was driving it around town. Who would pay for the damages if they cracked up my car? Why should I have to deal with the inconvenience of no car if they smashed it up? And to top it off, when I got in my car at pick up time the radio popped up with the Mazda nav screen, which I never use, so someone was messing around with the radio too, possibly trying to find my home address. Not acceptable and kind of creepy too. It really soured my experience on the place which is unfortunate, because the two people I dealt with, one at drop-off and one at pick up were pleasant. I probably won't use Uhaul again for anything, and especially not the North Attleboro, MA store. Uhaul needs to get it's employees in line, because this is not acceptable for a company their size. Oh and by the way, I left this same review on Uhaul.com and all of my comments mysteriously disappeared and just the star rating was kept. That's also bad business and deceptive.

Rented a 17 foot truck for moving. The truck was ok, the issue was the customer service afterward. I returned the truck with the gas where it was when I first got it. I drove a total of 13 miles and I ended up putting in 2.5 gallons of gas (a little extra just to be safe, the paper said I should only put in 1.9 gallons) Returned the key and got a receipt emailed to me later with $13.50 (3.6 gallons) of fuel added on. I called to get refunded and was directed to customer service where I now have to wait 3 business days before I even get a callback. Even if I didn't put the fuel in, which I did, 3.6 gallons was WAY more than what I even drove. These people are trying to skim money from people. I could care less about the $13.50 I'm not desperate, it's just the fact that they can just add on costs and expect people to just look the other way. Now I have to wait 3 business days for an "investigation". Will not be renting from here again, probably not from U-Haul again because of the way they are treating this.

Not happy with their customer service. Arrived for pick up 2/10/17 for my reserved van to find it inaccessible and buried in snow. All of their vans were buried. Girl who worked there had no clue what was going on. I had to go dig out and clean off a larger van that was closest to the plowed parking lot because I was already running late due to the confused girl working there. I returned the van later that day with the amount of gas I left with and they charged me extra saying I did not return it at what I took it at. And they charged me a higher mileage rate for the bigger van I took even though it was their fault my (smaller) van was buried and they couldn't get out. I emailed the manager of the store expressing my displeasure and have yet to hear a response. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend using this company. I will look elsewhere for future truck rentals.

I know it's a U-Haul store, so I shouldn't expect to walk into the Ritz, but the storefront could honestly use some updating. The employees seem great, and they gave me a very good rate on my rental, but if they could clean up the look a bit, they would have a great business here.

Had a tow hitch added to my Lexus RX. Took 2 hours longer than was told and when I finally got my vehicle back the interior at the rear of the car had grease paw prints all inside. Completely unacceptable. When I had my brakes checked at a different place they told me the installer had zip tied the electrical wiring to my brake line. A very dangerous hazard. Piss poor.

This is for the review of placement of hitches on my Honda Civic. I placed a review on the Uhaul site but got taken down. Anyway, I want to say the service is excellent. I think the guys name is George but I could be wrong. Don't go to the yahoos in Attleboro. Even though George was busy, he took the time to explain to me which hitch was best for my car. U-Haul has to give him more help. They have no idea what a great man he is.
