This is a great gym! The staff are very friendly. Brooke signed me up and is always helpful and pleasant and Maureen is also great she is very friendly and knowledgeable about the spa and red light therapy. The people that go to the gym are friendly and you never feel uncomfortable.

I tried to cancel or freeze my account. They told me that I have to come in. I no longer live in Massachusetts I’m currently living in Florida taking care of my dad who became paralyzed due to a motorcycle accident. They told me I can have a family member come down and cancel it for me, but I don’t have a family member that is going to drive an hour to just cancel a membership Because my family is not local. I can’t believe that there isn’t a way to cancel your membership on the app this is a complete inconvenience. They also told me that I can write a letter and mail it out Which is also a complete inconvenience when you’re taking care of somebody 24 seven and barely have time to breathe.

North Attleboro planet fitness policy’s are not reasonable. They don’t allow gym bags for one. I pack a lot of equipment for the gym, water bottle, wrist wraps, weight belts, gym gloves, squat rack bar pads etc. how can I not have a bag ? I have been all over the country and have never been told I cannot bring my gym bag into the gym. Also I was asked to re deck weights by an employee named Galvan, he then on exit told me to never return and canceled my membership without warning. This took me time to make phone calls and to clear up. I don’t know who owns this planet fitness but it’s time for a management change. Also the manager has a foot infection at the desk that she is always talking about. Like who wants to hear that. I always am polite about it and understand it’s a medical issue. But really.. gross !!! So after these experiences I’d say change of mangement is needed at this location. the machines are fine , most staff is great just management just needs a cleanup. Anyhow my humble opinion.

Absolutely unacceptable! Cumberland Ave. gym closed with no NOTICE to members, for 3 days now. NO prior notice, and no notice on the doors. Today the movers told me that it would be open tomorrow, but, I doubt it. I have never had this happen with any other respectable gym! I couldn't post this without a star, but one star is more than they deserve.

I stopped coming to this location for being harassed about a sweatshirt and a gym bag, its a gym like relax?? my items have never been in the way of anything or anyone. Maybe the employees should stop stealing instead of harassing paying guests for stupid things!
