“Heater wasn't working was blowing a little white smoke brought it into Mansfield Auto Care. They ordered up all the parts and so far so good. Also got a wheel balance; Shake on the highway completely gone.”
“Great getting quick and efficient oil change and the ease setting up appointment getting work done involving problem with headlight not on after replacing bulb several time. Come to find out issues with connections not light bulb. It had been very frustrating to continue constantly replacing bulb happening several times. Will continue having work done there in the future.”
“Doug and team at AER did a great job with my 2009 M3. They needed to replace the rear turn signal kit. I usually take it to the dealership but found this to be very convenient in my home town. The tech did a video of the car and diagnosis just like the dealership. I would definitely take my baby back there again.”

“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”
“I was very upset with myself because something was wrong. I couldn't get it in neutral and I had to back out with 3 cars behind me. It was horrible. I'm a very bad driver to begin with.I just wish somebody could have figured out what was wrong anyway”

“06.28.24 A companies box truck water pump leaked, I called Diego Auto Repair, and they said, "Bring it in. We will fix it with no problem. I brought the water pump and antifreeze they fixed with no problem. I highly recommend this shop, staff members are very polite and will answer all the questions.”

“Great Team Members at this location. I used them for an inspection when I moved here out of state and this went smoothly. I also recently had the opportunity to purchase or sell my father’s pickup but wanted to do an inspection and fix anything needed first. They did not upsell, said brakes and vehicle is good, so it would be ok if I wanted it for myself or to sell. The process was smooth and they even brought me out to show me areas of the truck I couldn’t see without a lift. Will use them if needed to n the future.”
“Now that I'm a single, independent woman I opted for the convenience of Valvoline for my oil change. I had a short wait, about ten minutes until I was waved into the bay. Malik, Orlando and Steven were all great. They all had a great demeanor, in good spirts and walked me through the whole process. I understand the mark up is due to sheer convenience but that wasn't a surprise to me when I received my bill. I was able to use a coupon that saved me a couple bucks. I will definitely be back.”

“I called this afternoon for a quote and time frame of when I can get my Highlander serviced for an oil change. Dawn at the front desk answered the phone and gave me the info I needed and was super friendly. I said I might stop in tomorrow with my 2 year old and she said kids and dogs are welcome! I ended up going in about 20 min later as I was driving by to go home. I was taken in in about 15 minutes and the service of my oil change was only 30 minutes. The tech that was servicing my car brought me out and informed me of everything and educated me on what was need moving forward. I will for sure be going back and recommend this spot for everyone!”
