I ordered parts for my Matrix on Friday night, and thought I'd be waiting forever to get them. They arrived today. (Wednesday) I'm very pleased. They also had good communication when I emailed them asking when the parts would be in.

Very impressed with the customer service at Nucar Parts dept. I ordered some parts and they were not shipped in their 36 hour window that their website promises so I used their text service to get an update on my order and expressed my frustration because quick shipping was the whole reason I purchased from them. The parts dept guy told me unfortunately that they did not have my parts in stock and had to have them sent to them thus the delay. He then offered to upgrade the shipping to second day air for free with a promise that he would ship the parts out to me the same day they received them. Very impressive management. I will consider them for all internet order parts now. Thank you

Outstanding service, lowest price. I've talked to at least three people there, the only name that comes to mind is Mark. Regardless, this my go to store for OEM parts. Again, lowest prices, and service is outstanding. The only business for parts I would use..

After the shock of the brakes estimate, I authorized the work. It needed to be done. Upon completion, the final bill was nearly half of what was quoted. I am very happy with my 2019 RAV4 and the service at Boch/NUCAR!
