I've used NAAC since I was 18 years old. They took care of my 2 cats. Have always been supper sweet. The last couple times I have been there I was treated as if I was a criminal. Pretty much interrogated over a cat that was given to me as he needed to get out of a bad situation. I felt as if no one listened to me and they continued to call me with follow ups on a cat I told them repeatedly was no longer in my care. I was just there to get him to a good home and to help out the new owners who were taking him. My second bad experience was when I brought my dog in for a routine check up and rabies. The week I got him was crazy as I had to make accommodations for him so when after a year it was time to bring him in again I was confused about EXACT DETAILS AND AGAIN WAS TREATED LIKE ABSOLUTE CRAP. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING ACCUSED OF LYING AND TALKED DOWN ON!!! these past 2 experiences have made me reconsider bringing my babies here and honestly quite fearful to bring them into a veterinary office as I do not know how the staff will react.

I’ve never had as good of customer service and hospitality as I had here. The lady that assisted me, was professional and the sweetest to my cat and very very understanding. I don’t even get this level of care when I goto my regular doctor. Truly the best

I do not recommend this clinc for a myriad of reasons. Firstly , This clinc is Unsanitary, the tiny lobby where you're beloved Animal(s) will be waiting is Filthy . The Staff , will judge you and you're animal based on the Breed. I have an (Exotic American Bully .
I was told my DOG actually not a breed as she went on to explain exactly what it was . An E.A.M.B. THIS staff person who was the assistant to the veterinarian was Rude. The vet was non receptive to our dog . Our dog ,whom is highly intelligent made her rounds around the consultation/ operating room . She was shocked herself by the absolute atrocious Room she was in. We will not be using this clinic for any reason . Please save yourself the trouble . You're Animal deserve better .

They were so kind and patient when my poor Toby was having diarrhea last week! They could get me in right away and I was able to have the problem resolved within 2 days thanks to Dr Q. I swear by the probiotics and bland diet food they provided. Thankyou again to techs and Dr Q

Please reconsider using this veterinary clinic. After being patients since 2021 we had a poor experience in the clinic that led us to terminate care with this provider.During a visit on 12/19/2023 I brought to Dr. Qureshi's attention a small mass on my dog's abdomen. Regrettably, the consultation that ensued lacked the necessary thoroughness and professionalism one would expect. Dr. Qureshi identified the mass as a "pea-sized mammary tumor" through palpation alone, neglecting to perform a comprehensive visual examination. Despite my numerous questions about the mass, the need for potential testing, and the risk of malignancies, Dr. Qureshi provided only minimal information and was dismissive of my concerns, never suggesting a single diagnostic measure. This did not sit well with me. Seeking a second opinion immediately after the visit, I consulted with two additional veterinary providers. Both professionals expressed a unanimous concern over the high suspicion for mammary gland malignancy in the identified mass. Contrary to Dr. Qureshi's advice, they recommended prompt removal based on the clinical presentation and the individual risk factors of my dog, including her breed and age at spay. I must express my disappointment that Dr. Qureshi failed to recommend any diagnostic measures or refer my dog to an outside provider to address the identified mass. This lack of proactive and thorough care constitutes, in my opinion, a clear case of negligence and a failure to meet the appropriate standard of veterinary care. As a result of this experience, a complaint was filled with MA Division of Occupational Licensure against Dr. Zeshan Qureshi on January 12.

I've been taking my three cats here for 12 years. Dr. Qureshi always goes above and beyond when examining my pets. He doesn't do the bare minimum. He gives them treatments I didn't even ask for, usually at no additional charge. He calls me to follow up and check on them. They are all indoor/outdoor cats and get into all sorts of scrapes and mysterious ailments. He has his hands full trying to diagnose them, and he always brings them back to perfect, mischeivous, energetic and affectionate health. His staff are also very attentive and I can tell there is a great rapport and mutual respect between all the clinicians there. I never feel overcharged; it feels like taking my pets to a family member.
