Showed up at 5:45 PM for eyebrow threading and the door was locked.. Called the salon to make sure their hours were correct (they close at 7)— Didn’t get a response.

Reena is amazing and replies quickly! She took her time and did a full face threading for me. I have thin skin so I get cut often, but she was very careful with my skin. I will be going no where else from now on!

Unhygienic. The person used her mouth instead of holding the thread between her fingers.Despite requesting her to wear a mask, she took off the mask after doing one eyebrow. Visit at your own risk. Unacceptable hygiene standards. Also the thread tugged on the eyelid. Unprofessional and unskilled. I was looking for an eyebrow parlor, this was such a putoff.
