This one reminds me of Metro Spider LOL! My son loves that song, and I can't lie, it's banging for sure haha!. Anyways I don't use T-Mobile so this store is less than adequate for me. Just like how the death of my dog wasn't too adequate for the mental health of my nagging wife.

This location always seems to have technical issues. I waited 2 hours to get a new phone and ended up having to leave. The employees are super nice though.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. The employee at the front desk on Saturday (3/18/2023) was incredibly rude, to say the least. There was an issue with my phone for which I called the customer service line and was instructed to head over to a store where I was told that someone in the store could help with the issue. After speaking with Javier the employee working the front desk, he stated " thats not my problem and I do not know what to tell you". He interrupted myself explaining the problem and spoke with such attitude I thought I was speaking with a 5 year old child. Clearly he did not want to be there and was of no help. I really think whoever is hiring these people should do a better job and look for someone who is kind, understanding and willing to help. In the end we left Metro By T-Mobil for the lack of transparency and poor customer service. I would think twice about switching to this carrier. Proceed at your own risk.

I walked in and was greeted shortly after arriving. The young lady with blonde hair saw me and stood up from sitting , politely greeting me. Can we get this location some chairs? The poor thing told me they stand all day with short breaks and have no chairs at all. This is so cruel. I understand as I have worked in customer service for many years. Anyways, she was super nice and helped me activate a new line for my husband and I. I would rate her customer service 10/10. I walked out with a new line, for a great price and 2 new phones. I can’t wait to play around on them considering it’ll be my first time with Samsung. So far I am loving it! I think people should take the time to understand these people work long hard hours to make sure we are fully satisfied. (Like I said before I know how it is, working in customer service) and cut these people some slack. They have to be patient with us just as much as we are for them. Cell phone service is NOT EASY! My thank you goes to the young blonde lady. Definitely recommend!

The worst customer service we have ever encountered! Went in to buy a phone and the young girl did not even get up off her stool to help. She expressed from her stool that they don’t have any phones that I was looking for and when I asked about any other metro stores in Massachusetts she told us there wasn’t any, only in Rhode Island. I know this was wrong information, because I know of a few stores like Dorchester, etc. she has no customer service skills in her. Get up off your stool and maybe offer to help look and see where the stores are.

Why is it that every Metro store you go into or call, you can never get the same answer to a question? I was at the Metro store at the Emerald Square Mall on August 23rd. My husband and I have been customers of Metro PCS for nearly 12 years and we're looking to upgrade our phones. I found one no problem although in a mall, you would think there would be a large variety of phones yet there were only maybe four to pick from. My husband was interested in an iPhone 13 which of course they did not have in stock. I called two other stores in the town we live in and each store gave me a different answer as to why he couldn't buy an iPhone 13 from their store. I called the Emerald Square store the next morning so he could go back there and buy an iPhone 11. He got there and was given the runaround for nearly 2 hours and was told because he answered a security question wrong that he lost his upgrade and was not qualified for the SmartPay program anymore. Unbelievably awful customer service and not a surprise because this isn't the first time that this has happened.

I love this place every time I have to mail out pks.i will take the time to go to this UPS store they always know what there doing , I tell people I know if you need to send back a pk. go to this store location they are great .TU

Just went today to get a new phone. The saleswoman was kind nice helpful patient. I would def recommend. She really helped me out alot and I'll be back for sure!

Says your Google map hours were confirmed five days ago. Was here at 1220pm and lights were off and noone home and no answer in phone. A waste of my time

I wanted to buy a phone out right as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas. He currently has Sprint/ T Mobile. So I came here and the sales person sold me a Samsung phone, for which I was willing to pay $300. He says I can save $100 if I add a prepaid line. I asked MULTIPLE times if we would be able to switch it to the sprint line. He says yes. I said should I just buy it outright ? He said “why spend extra money?” ... That I can add it as a prepaid line and just cancel the line & switch the phone over to the phone number the person has. So I believed him. Come to find out, that’s not true. I cannot switch it and they are telling me I cannot return it. I am beyond upset. I will be going back again to see if this can be straightened out, but buyer beware. They tell you what you want to hear to get the sale. I’m sure there’s a reason he was pushing me to add it to a line, I would bet there’s some money in it for the salesman. Now I’ve had to buy a separate phone from T-Mobile (so I’ve now spent $400 on 2 phones) and I am stuck with this line and phone I have no use for. In addition to being out almost $200 for the phone. Poor service. Will never recommend.

Gina in the Emerald Sqare Mall was absolutely amazing!!! She helped my boyfriend and I get everything we need for his new phone!! Very pleasant associate, and very knowledgeable, we didn't feel pressured to buy anything from her, she made us feel very welcome and was very kind!!! Thank you Gina for taking the time to show us what we needed!!! ??

I just have to post and say how amazing Bea is!!! I have been into Metro 3 times these past two months and every time she has just been absolutely amazing!!!! I'm not sure if Bea is a manager or not but if not she needs to be, Metro is incredibly lucky to have someone like Bea on there team!!!!!!

My husband and I went to this store on April 1, to switch providers and purchase new phones and tablets, only to be told by the young man that we would be better off coming back another day because they hardly had any phones there. We returned on April 10th, and were told by the young lady I needed a transfer PIN from Verizon, and to go to the Verizon store to get it. We did that, but were told to call Verizon. At that point, we went to another provider, who was FABULOUS! They got the transfer PIN with very little effort, and made a sale amounting to almost $2,000! Apparently, Metro is not in the business of making money, since they sent away a good customer not once, but twice!

Worse store I've ever been too... 3/18/21 went to get my phone simply activated but the gentleman working couldn't even type my information right into the computer. He Almost Got My Account Locked So I Just walked out... Metro On Broadway Gets the 5 Stars.
