“I went to this store for some good old fashion back to school shopping. The store was clean, and they had good deals going on. The mall is so dead, but there is nothing like putting hands on. I don't know how hands-on shopping was replaced with online shopping. Trying on stuff and getting a feel for the clothing is ? better they clicking a button to buy.”

“This is a new H&M at emerald sq mall. It's nicely lit and very organized. I didn't even know about it opening until I walked around. Got a few things there. It's a nice store.”

“I think this mall is pretty decent. Unfortunate that there's so many empty spaces within the mall that could be utilized as great stores but it is what it is. Overall it has a lot of my favorite stores - Macy's, VS,Pink,B+bw, Hollister, Rue 21 etc. The mall itself is pretty clean inside, you can easily kill a few hours shopping and it's also a good workout as far as how much walking you can do from end to end and on 3 floors. Not much of a food court but that doesn't matter considering how many restaurants & food places are on that road. I think it's a convenient mall and will definitely continue to shop there”

“The store manager at Rue21 Emerald Mall was AWESOMENESS at her finest this holiday season. I can't remember her name, but she went out of her way to ensure I had the best shopping experience in her store. She was a thin, but mature woman who knew her stuff :-). She even took the shirt I wanted (Betty Boop) off the manikin and sold it to me. At check out she reminded me of the current sale so I went to get another shirt, she then told me of some matching sweats. Of course I got them and told her to please let me go or else I'd buy the entire store. We laughed, she thanked me and I thanked her. It's Christmas today and my daughter LOVED the purchases I made there. Thank you for the excellent customer service!”
