Overall a meh experience. The store was pretty chilly overall for an early March day that was cold too. I noticed employees were even bundled up. The shelves were poorly organized.
I found a small child blanket in the baby section with no tag on it. I asked for a price check and they came back with a random large triple the size throw and told me they would match that price at $16.99. I said the child's blanket doesn't even compare to that throw so no thank you. The associate offered to call her manager to get the real price. I had my small child in tow and had already waited 5 minutes. It just wasn't worth waiting again for another random price. Maybe she should have just called the manager in the first place.
The store definitely seemed dirty and hodge podge. I didn't find any significant price savings. Not sure I'd bother going here compared to any other box store again.

A friend purchased an electrical facial brush for me as a gift and after carefully examining the product to see the various ways to use the device I noticed it had a cancer and reproduction warning label at thd bottom of the box. I didnt have the receipt and was told by the Store Manager/Supervisor Abigail (Abby) that Im unable to exchange it without a receipt due to their new system. I informed Abby it was a gift and it was startling and disgusting that they are selling things that can get ppl sick. She then revealed infront of me and other customers standing in line that the majority of there items have cancer and reproduction harm labels on it especially the suitcases. As a result, I left the item on there counter for them to keep and will never shop at there stores/chains.
Customers please read all labels before you purchase something because clearly their focused on making money not the wellbeing of others. No longer supporting businesses that don't care about the well-being of their customers. Health is wealth!

I live in providence and purposely do to this location because its usually way less crowded in the Rhode Island area, and tends to have way more options. I typically go with my two toddlers and never have any issues. However, the last time I went with my toddlers my toddler accidentally vomited on one of the items and the staff had look of distain which made me feel terrible. I told them I will pick it up no problem, but they ignored me and started cleaning it. disappointing

Quite a nice Marshalls, although the checkout line was brutal (admittedly, it's mid-December, so to be expected), plenty of stock, and a wide selection of the interesting items that Marshalls are renowned for. Definitely worth a look.

Terrible experience. Tried to return something and didn’t have my receipt however the return policy said they’d be able to refund me with store credit. But when I got there they wouldn’t refund me (although the product I bought had the Marshalls sticker on it) because it was “scratched”. Rude manager and overall bad bad experience.

This Marshall's is ok.... You can find some cute things. My reason for this post is the guy outside that PRETENDS TO PLAY THE VIOLIN, plays the same recording over and over and panhandling, looking for me!!!! This guy is a major SCAMMER smh Save your money and spend it at the Marshalls instead
