I called Kelliher Hvac because my businesses AC compressor stopped working. They were able to get out to our businesses the same day of the call, fix our compressor and get our shop cooled ASAP. Malachy was very informative, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend

I can't recommend this company enough. We turned on our heat this fall to discover our unit was only blowing only cold air upstairs. I called first thing the next morning and Malachy fit us into his schedule within a few hours. He arrived, fixed out issue quickly and we were back up and running. He was very personable, let us know exactly what the issue was and the price was more than fair. Will definitely reach out to him again should the need arise.

Called Keliher HVAC today when the heat was dropping in our home rapidly on a single digit temp day. Our baseboards were cold despite having an almost new system and the system still being on and running. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone took the time to problem solve the issue with me for 30 minutes on a Saturday. Amazingly, he was able to figure out what the issue was through looking at pics I sent and me answering his questions. This absolutely saved me from having my pipes freeze, as I had already dealt with a cold water pipe that froze this morning. I cannot even begin to imagine the amount of money and problems I would have likely experienced had he not helped me fix this. All on the phone on a Saturday without charging me. I will absolutely be using Keliher HVAC for any HVAC or plumbing needs moving forward. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had an issue on a Friday night and spoke to Malachy for almost 30 minutes to troubleshoot- you do not get this kind of customer service anymore and we will 100% reach out if and when we have a future problem. By the end of the conversation we'd talked through some basic installation problems and the issues were resolved, cannot thank you enough.

Prompt, friendly and affordable
We discussed what was going on and saw we needed a capacitor which I easily fixed we then needed some work done to A/C in attic they came out next day and took care of that as well..Bottom line saved me money with capacitor and doing it myself ..I would certainly not hesitate to use them again

Malachy and Seth were great. AC was having issues on my first floor. I was having other work done around my house , Malachy worked around my schedule. Seth came in and quickly diagnosed the problem. Both guys extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of HVAC/Electrical services. I will be a returning customer.

I called in to see if they serviced my area, of course I was out of range, but they helped me troubleshoot my issue with my HVAC. Truly a remarkable trait to have someone willing to assist without trying to nickel and dime you. After a long conversation I would wholeheartedly recommend this service if you are in the Cumberland and surrounding area.

Malachi showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed my HVAC issue, presented options and cost estimates for repair. He fixed my 3 ton HVAC unit, told me exactly what it would cost, then completed the job. I couldn’t be happier with the professional service Malachi provided. This was our first time using this company. Malachy was fast, professional, friendly and an obvious expert in his field. He fixed our issue in under an hour and gave recommendations to prevent recurrence. The cost was well within reason, much cheaper than other companies that have come out in the past. Malachi is amazing! My hot water and heat were not working and my boiler was having issues with its fan. I called several others and everyone was booked.
Malachi made space in his schedule to fit me in. He identified the the problem, explained how and why it occurred, gave me options (with pricing included)and fixed it for a fair price.
Not only is he Honest, and caring, he was very personable and Genuine. He takes pride in his work and is committed to doing a quality job. I would absolutely recommend him to not only get the job done, but to get it done with quality and care!
