I want to share a great experience I recently had in your store. I had purchased a watch with four different functions. After many attempts I gave up.Jessica had it figured out in a few minutes. I also was wearing a Le Vian ring. She offered to clean it. She also noticed a stone was missing. The stone was replaced free of charge because it is a name they carry. I didn’t recognize the ring when it was cleaned and repaired. Did I mention neither items were purchased at this store. That will be changing as my jewelry purchases will be at Jared’s. The company is fortunate to have Jessica working for them

I was a new customer to the store, I was welcomed into the store with nothing but professionalism and a very positive attitude by Jessica Ross. She was an absolute delight to work with and a wealth of knowledge in helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for, and due to her attitude and helpfulness I came back to have her repair multiple pieces of jewelry of mine. As I will be going nowhere else from now on after that pleasurable experience. Wonderful experience hands down!

I worked with Kristen on a customer wedding band upgrade to match my square emerald/asscher cut diamond. She was professional, patient and just what I needed to assist and reassure me through this process! I am extremely grateful for all her hard work and the finish process is beautiful and classic. I have been going to Rachel at Jared for years! Everywhere she goes we go, she's amazing. She helped us customize our perfect engagement ring and wedding bands! I get compliments till this day and am still in love with my ring! She is very attentive, caring and great to work with. We have even started purchasing some jewelry for our little one :)! Couldn't recommend enough!

This place is amazing, I have been going to Jared’s for a long time. Rachel is awesome, I have followed her to every store she’s transitioned to. I will never shop there again I brought extended warranty and the guy there made me feel like a thief when I told him I didn't want his rudeness he walked away made a lady wait on me and he went back to sit in the window and play on his computer I Will never buy another thing at that store maybe that why no one is ever in there I will let everyone I know not to shop there customer service sucks I would give no stars if I could
