We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.”
“On February 3, 2023, Friday evening, which was the coldest night of the year (-9 Degrees Fahrenheit) I had a major plumbing problem. After taking my shower and turning off the Symmons Temptrol control valve, hot water kept running (not dripping) and I had no shut-off valves in proximity to the shower to stop the hot water back flow. Back in 2010 I purchased a high efficiency boiler from Bruce at Ardente Supply Co. which has an indirect hot water tank associated with the boiler. I was fearful to shut down the boiler while attempting to fix the problem since the boiler provides both space heat and domestic hot water. The next day, February 4, 2023, Saturday, the overnight temperature was the second coldest night of the year (-2 Degrees Fahrenheit) and I still could not do anything to stop the hot water siphoning from the boiler. After two days of record setting temperatures and another day, Sunday, that the problem could not be addressed, I decided to call Bruce at Ardente supply on Monday. Bruce has helped me over the years addressing both electrical and plumbing problems with my boiler and supplying various plumbing parts for a number of home remodeling jobs. After discussing my siphoning problem with Bruce, he told me what I needed to do to secure boiler operation and how to rebuild my Symmons Temptrol shower valve. I do not know what I would have done if Bruce did not come to the rescue. Bruce, your expertise in HVAC is truly exceptional and I feel that my experience might help someone in the community with a similar or any heating/plumbing problem. Bruce, kudos to you... Rick P.”

“My husband and I were at Providence Home Depot last night, looking for a specific bathroom vanity. RJ helped us. RJ was so helpful and friendly. Although the vanity didn’t seem to be anywhere, he didn’t give up. He found the vanity way up on a pallet, immediately he had someone come and get it down . We had some more shopping to do. He told us to come back when we were done and sure enough there was the vanity and him waiting for us already on the hand truck. We were so impressed with him. Wish all employees were like that. This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction.
