The store is typically clean, very neatly organized, and set up in easy to find sections. It can be busy, but the line goes quickly. While it has some basic stuff, it may not have every specific item a customer is looking for, and some things can be found cheaper elsewhere. Staff are generally pleasant and knowledgeable, though sometimes only one person is working. Customer service experiences can be very frustrating, involving long holds and failed follow-throughs over the phone. However, in physical stores, associates can be extremely helpful, going above and beyond to advocate for customers and solve problems directly, even providing a direct number to bypass long public wait times.
The internet might have gotten it right, saving this place. Knowledgeable staff, wide selection of tangible games and controllers, and a great vibe for young gamers.
