I ordered online, and whoever did the order just sent the right pair of shoes, then I called the store and asked for a manager 'ARON' and told him about the situation I was been told he personally was going to send the left side of shoe missing and still waiting very incompetent and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Not once have I had a bad experience at this finish line, it is always packed with people making it hard to find a shoe expert to help you but otherwise I enjoy this store very much, and I always leave this store with something. They have a slim selection but I usually do enjoy what they have. The workers are very friendly and my experience yesterday was really good I wish I could've got the young lady's name she was very helpful and patient with me on my final decision. If you need sneakers for any age come in here.

Its back to school season which means sneakers are being bought!! Especially if you have a teen whose feet are growing and is into sports. So why on a Friday night with 12 minutes before store closing time does employee turn us away and say "we're closed, this is the last customer"? My teen knew what he wanted and we were ready to buy on the spot. Maybe the Finish Line employee had a hot date or some other plans after work, I don't know. What I do know, is that he lost at least a $130 sale and likely more, as I saw another family turned away in similar fashion, with more than one kid. So, Im gonna go out on a limb here, and say the employee, working at 8:48 PM on Friday 8/23/19 lost about $400 for the company that night. Shame on him!!! Guess what? We went to Expressions and bought our sneakers there. One of my first jobs was in retail and believe me, I didn't last 3 years there by losing sales at the close of business on a Friday in a mall that is already struggling. If that's how Finish Line operates, we have reached the finish line in terms of doing business with them.
