Disappointing experience.I went around 11am on 06/23/2023, there was one FedEx employee helping a customer and another on their phone towards the side. The one on the phone eventually came over, I just wanted to drop a package off and get a receipt. Instead of helping me, they just pointed me to some ‘self-scan’ kiosk – I stated, can’t you just scan it here? They replied scan it over there, pointing to the kiosk.I’ll pass on using this FedEx location again, more concerned with their phone then taking 15 seconds to scan my package.

My husband and I where in FedEx today and Chris waited on us. He was extremely helpful and very nice. He is an asset to FedEx and excellent at dealing with the public.

very bad service, younger gentleman is rude and racist skipped me when I was next in line and asked a white customer if he could help next in line

I went in to photocopy something and send the original to my son. Chris was exceptionally helpful and had it done in a flash!

It was described on having a drop center outside the building but when you get there the Dropbox is gone and the business was closed at the time we arrived.

Use them 3-5 times a month so ship various types of packages for work and each time has been extremely easy. Helpful staff

When ever I need to scan a letter I always went there but today I had an older gentleman and he was going all over the place he really didn’t want to help me out at all I told him he can wait on the one guy at the counter he wouldn’t instead he kept rushing me around and I told him that I don’t want him to mess up what I wanted done because he just kept during what he was during and it wasn’t what I told him so after today I will never go back again

Don't recommend. Store manager discriminates certain box shapes and rejects packages for made up reasons.

I worked with Andrea at the North Attlerboro location this morning. It was such a pleasure working with her over the phone when I was in California and had to send printed material to a funeral home in Providence. She was nothing short of fantastic! Fed ex would have delivered this package at my address without a signature, yet i had them hold it at the facility to avoid any issues. I had to show my id that had an old address, so i had to go back to my car to get my registration, then when asked to verify my tracking number, i couldn't produce it on my phone right away, they were going to make me go home and get it. Ridiculous! I was OBVIOUSLY the owner, but they wouldn't give me my package. Yet they would drop it off at any old address that came close without even a signature. What kind of customer service is that? One of the stupidest procedures ever. I will avoid anything that ships with fed ex at any opportunity. Get your act together. Empower your managers to overide these stupid issues.
