Shai Lea went above and well beyond to help me get my luggage shipped home from the Netherlands. Intelligence and patient is a great combination for excellent customer service. I would give 11 stars if it were an option.

The ladies here are very Nice and the assistant manager, I don’t remember her name. She’s petite with long dark curly hair helped me put a large TV in my car and I really Appreciated it.
