On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. Thank you very much for your professionalism!

Good experience but an FYI--they don't scan QR codes, only barcodes.

Disappointing experience. I went around 11am on 06/23/2023, there was one FedEx employee helping a customer and another on their phone towards the side. The one on the phone eventually came over, I just wanted to drop a package off and get a receipt. Instead of helping me, they just pointed me to some 'self-scan' kiosk - I stated, can't you just scan it here? They replied I can scan it over there, pointing to the kiosk. I'll pass on using this FedEx location again, more concerned with their phone then taking 15 seconds to scan my package.

Google maps will send you to the UPS store. For FedEx you must go inside Shaws and go to Customer Service at left on entry.

I worked with Andrea at the North Attlerboro location this morning. It was such a pleasure working with her over the phone when I was in California and had to send printed material to a funeral home in Providence. She was nothing short of fantastic! Fed ex would have delivered this package at my address without a signature, yet i had them hold it at the facility to avoid any issues. I had to show my id that had an old address, so i had to go back to my car to get my registration, then when asked to verify my tracking number, i couldn't produce it on my phone right away, they were going to make me go home and get it. Ridiculous! I was OBVIOUSLY the owner, but they wouldn't give me my package. Yet they would drop it off at any old address that came close without even a signature. What kind of customer service is that? One of the stupidest procedures ever. I will avoid anything that ships with fed ex at any opportunity. Get your act together. Empower your managers to overide these stupid issues.

Leah literally is so awesome! She called to inquire about my order and make sure everything was correct, as well as helped me when I made an error with an order. She responded quickly and helped me with my issue! I will come back here again knowing I'll get reliable service and a great final printed product!!

WE DONT TALK TO PHONE TREES. PICK UP IN ONE RING AT THE LOCATION WE’RE CALLING OR ALL OUR COMPANIES STOP USIBG FEDEX. FEDEX IS NOT TOO BIG TO FAIL.

Talk about going above and beyond. Both ladies, one named Andrea, were absolutely so helpful to me! They really were what customer service truly is! I walked out of that building confident that my packages were in good hands.
