Bought a pair of Jordans for my husband for Christmas. They weren't the ones he wanted so tried returning the NEXT DAY and they refused to return. Now, these sneakers were not worn outside but the happy manager insisted, which they weren't. I'd pay the extra $20 and go to Footlocker. No where on the receipt or on site do they mention the difficult return policy. Extremely rude, miserable folk work here!!!Happy new year!

Horrible service. Everyone working ignored me as I waited by the register. They weren't helping any customers. When I had enough and walked out someone said "we should just close." The worst experience ever.

This place is awful I ask for a size 10.5 Nike Air Force 270 the employe brings me a 10 my mom says it won’t fit me they don’t go back and see if they have a size 11 don’t recommend shopping shoes here

I purchased a pair of shoes as a gift ended up needing to returning them, was told they didn't have enough cash in the drawer to give me a refund, when I had asked if they could just refund me back to my debit card that I used to pay, I was told that they don't do that, only cash. I was then asked if I could come back at the end of the day when they would have more money so I did so and was told they still didn't have enough money and to come back on the weekend at the end of the day where they usually have more money... Then when I show up again they tell me that my 14-day return window has expired and they're unable to take the shoes! I've never heard of a 14-day return policy as well as not being able to refund you via debit when you paid with debit. The fact that they expect you to take time out of your weekend and show up to the mall to return shoes like you don't have a life is ridiculous.

Went in to buy a pair of shoes for my son and wife.We were getting ready to pay and the employees were arguing about who was going to charge us. At first, I thought they were fighting over the sale, maybe for commission or something. But then I realized they were arguing over who was going to help us because they couldn’t speak Spanish. Which didn’t make sense because the entire time in the store we were speaking to them in English. Felt insulted by everyone of them and we asked to speak to the manager and it turns out that the “manager” was the one who said he couldn’t help us because he didn’t speak Spanish.We ended up leaving and the store missed out on a $240 + sale.NEVER coming back here again

Store wouldn’t give me my money back because they didn’t have any cash in the register and they don’t refund credit or debit cards. I called the corporate office and the lady hung up on me after I asked her to stop yelling at me 3x. I just wanted to voice my disappointment in having to come back another day because they don’t keep enough cash on hand. They didn’t have $100 in the register. I wonder why business isn’t booming with people like this working for them. Footlocker, footaction, finishline, Champ’s and Eblens are only a few stores down. Why would I deal with this type of professionalism in the future?

We went to exchange a pair of shoes and this young woman kept repeating over and over their exchange policy rather than letting us exchange the shoes for a half size up. It was barely over two weeks and we didn’t know. I get they have a policy, but we’ve purchased our kids shoes here for 7 years. Congratulations- you wouldn’t let us exchange the shoes, you saved yourself thousands of more dollars in us ever coming back.

Horrible customer service , the lady with the curly blonde hair working register ALWAYS has an attitude. Everyone is better off going to a different location the one on 50 Ann Mary st in Pawtucket is much better.

Went yesterday to just exchange a pair of shoes. I find it absurd that you only have 2 weeks to exchange. No customer service. Two workers were abrupt and although their words were professional, their tone and attitude were very rude and I left feeling angry and like I never want to shop there again. I don’t understand the point of not being able to exchange a product you bought as a gift and didn’t have time during the busy schedule of life to go back in a two week time frame.

if I could give a zero I would.. Horrible policy on returns.. what is the point of a emailed receipt if you cant use it for a return?? You just lost a customer over a $55 purchase that you couldnt give a store credit too..I will be making sure I spread the word on how expressions handles returns.. To boot no corporate phone number, guess they dont want to hear all the complaints!!!
