My wife just picked up her ring and she is beyond happy. Elie jewelers created her wedding bands years ago and now soldered her wedding bands together and replaced a stone that came out ( due to her being rough on her hands not craftsmanship). they stand by there work and it was done in 5 days. They also cleaned my chain and 3of her other rings for free! They are great and we won’t go anywhere else for our jewelry needs! Thanks again guys!

I started going to Elies Jewelers about 5years ago to fix a stone that fell out of my wedding ring. I ended up having them make 2 bands to go around my wedding ring. It came out absolutely stunning, exactly what I wanted. Since then I have bought another ring from them and I only go to them now for all my jewelry needs. The staff is wonderful the quality of the jewelry amazing…they are always so kind and very helpful every time I see them!

The quality and detail that Sami puts into each piece really is what sets Elie Jewelers apart from other jewelry stores. Sami and his employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable whenever you go there and they really make you feel comfortable when shopping for your next piece of jewelry. Super nice guys. Had a watch battery replaced on a vintage 14k estate watch and they were super fast and friendly. I think my mom sold jewelry to them in the past. Definitely recommend.

Customer service is great very friendly staff but this is not the place to go. If you really want value out of your jewelry I paid over $600 for a pendant that I found out it’s only really worth $50 before you commit to buying a piece of jewelry from here. Ask them how much it is really worth.

Bought a watch from Macy's. After watching them butcher it while attempting to take some links out, they then sent us to Elie Jewelers. We walked in and told them our issue and they immediately said they could help out and told us they only needed 15 minutes to do the work. When we arrived back it was ready, but a little too small for my boyfriend's wrist. They said not a problem and put a link back in for us. The customer service we received as well as witnessed was top notch. Sami, Jon and team are the best and we will now be using them for all of our jewelry needs.
