This is the second time that we've been here for a prom dress. We had been there last year for a prom dress and for a bridal shower dress and didn't really feel like the customer service was all that great either of those times. The only reason why we came here for again was because the store at Emerald Square mall where my niece found her perfect prom dress, was closed. There is absolutely ZERO customer service. woman sitting at table didn't greet us nor ask if we needed help or a room while we were looking at dresses. There was another woman who was steaming garments. She also never said a word to us. Nobody offered any assistance while trying on dresses. Luckily we both loved the first dress my niece tried on. After trying three total dresses just to make sure the first one was the perfect fit, we went to pay. Again, nobody was available to check us out even though there were 2 employees 10 feet away. Finally a young girl, I believe her name was Lettie, checked us out. She was super nice to my niece and made sure she was enrolled in the rewards program so she would get her $20 coupon. I feel like the vibe in here is we hate working here so we don't go the extra mile. I get retail sucks, I work at a big retailer and I understand having off moments but at least greet the customer and make them feel welcome.

I said yes to my dress here! They have a huge selection and variety of gowns and sizing. I was very pleased with the options! The pricing is also unbeatable. The two concerns - Our assigned stylist was a little aloof. I had to track her down several times for questions, but it didn't deter me from purchasing my favorite dress. It was VERY busy and the dressing room area is small, so I was trying gowns on in between other brides to be. Not a dealbreaker, but I was overwhelmed.

We had a great experience bridesmaids dress shopping with Kelly! We were bit of a chaotic group of nine, and she was able to keep us all on track and help us pull dresses we were looking for. She made the appointment fun and also productive. Would definitely recommend!Edit: I really hate leaving bad reviews, but after my experience at this store, I would not recommend purchasing your bridesmaids dresses here, never mind your wedding gown.Our original appointment was great, as stated in my previous review. However, my maid of honor called to order her dress a few weeks later, and received some really poor customer service. At the appointment, our consultant took everyone’s measurements, had their preferred dresses written down, and had me sign up for the diamond rewards to earn points when they purchase their dresses. Some of my bridesmaids were undecided, so considering the fact that the store had all their information, we assumed they would just need to call to put in their order. When my maid of honor called to order her dress, the person on the phone said that they didn’t know how to do that and that the other workers were busy, and asked if she could call back later. This seemed strange, but we gave her the benefit of the doubt and maybe she was newer or something. When she called back, the worker had to ask her manager to come over, and once the manager was on the phone, she told my maid of honor that they had lost all of our information, and that it “probably just got thrown out”, as if this is something that happens often. They couldn’t even find our appointment history, so it was essentially just a huge waste of time for all of us. She then was trying to figure out what dress my maid of honor wanted to order, but we had no idea what the dress number was, and was guessing her size, but I didn’t want her to end up ordering the wrong dress in the wrong size just to have her spend a fortune in alterations. We ended up going elsewhere for the dresses.I’d like to say that I don’t think this was the consultant’s fault, she seemed on top of everything and like I said, we were a chaotic group, so I can understand if things get disorganized. However, this seemed like something that happens often and the store itself feels disorganized. I feel sorry for the staff if they are not getting the support they need from corporate, it seems like there is a major lack in training and it’s hard to run a business when the staff is being set up to fail. I’m not angry but I am just glad this happened early in my wedding planning process so I had time to figure something else out, and I hope my feedback can be taken positively.

I purchased my dress at David's Bridal in North Dartmouth before they closed. I went to the North Attleboro store and received excellent service. The alteration manager went above and beyond to make my dress more beautiful than it was.
