I hate old people so much they take so damn long. I always just wanna put in money and the atm doesn’t want to take money?? Can we build a normal CitizensBank with a drive-through ATM it’s retarded how I have to crawl through a retirement home called “Stop & Shop” that won’t let me do normal banking. Meanwhile, I’m being followed out by Black History Month by the same people who would bomb African countries for fun I see it at Shell as well. The irony in it is like funny.

If I could rate this "branch" a 0 star, I would. The staff there isn't too friendly and is unhelpful in general. They have teller hours listed for their lobby, yet the lobby is permanently closed while they enforce the use of the single virtual teller. If you live in town you probably already know this, but if you're reading this review, please skip this location and find yourself a true branch. This place is a waste of your time.Their new system is a hindrance, causing lines and frustration. Many times I've seen the line in this location 5 or more people deep while there are two bankers behind glass doors. They simply refuse to open their lobby and help the people who bank with them. Must be a nice 8 hour shift to work there ? Constantly on their phones and hardly ever coming out to assist customers. When they do come out to help, they just tell you to use the virtual teller/atm machine and that they can't help. ?♀️

Virtual teller system is ridiculous. Why is it even a bank then? I was told by a (young brunette woman with glasses) they no longer cash checks except through the ATM. I asked if I would be able to use my money now, and they replied, "I'm not sure how it works. Ask the Virtual Teller." It was quite a rude experience. I'm going to take my money elsewhere.

Virtual assistant is the worst idea ever! Or at least have a regular atm in addition to it. It takes forever and causes lines. What happened to real life bank tellers?

Wish I could leave 0 stars! Awful place to bank. They don’t even have a teller -they just tell you to use the virtual assistant at the ATM even though there are plenty of staff members sitting around doing nothing.

This branch is incredible. Sid is one of the best employees Citizens has seen. This man is seriously the most helpful human being. Him and his manager Ahmed are like Kobe and Shaq. Great duo, really makes me happy to call myself a Citizens customer.

Used to use this branch frequently until they remodeled and ‘upgraded’ with their virtual teller ATM. Whatever happened to old- fashioned customer service? Twice in the past week the teller counter has been closed during open hours- forcing customers to use the ATM for all transactions. There is a person who has to walk people through using it and if it can’t read your check , they can’t cash it or deposit it! Why don’t they just get behind the counter and help people?! This branch sucks unless you just need to make a simple withdrawal or transfer at the ATM. If other branches compromise customer service like this one, I’ll be moving my accounts to another institution.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Trying, yes trying, to speak to a person at this location and have been repeatedly been put on hold for 20 minutes now. Phone is picked up and on 3 occasions they said "Please hold" the others just hear breathing and then back to the music. Finally hung up. JUST HORRIBLE.

Debit card was hacked and took 3 weeks for a replacement. Tried to get a credit card before the holidays and after 3 return trips to attempt to do this, the application was never processed. I've been with them for 22 years and I will be changing banks.

I called to make an appointment to open a new account.Not only did she answer all my questions,but she assured me I was banking with the right bank.Thank you for making this experience during these awful times so easy and comfortable.Lets not forget Safe.
