The store is wall-to-wall children's clothing, from preemies to toddlers, with a large clearance section. It is clean and well stocked with tons of options, including gifts, accessories, and socks. Prices list MSRP, and it seems like a store where everything is always on sale. Customer service is wonderful, with associates who go above and beyond. Their two-way zipper PJs are a life saver. It is a great place to physically shop for baby showers or gifts instead of just shopping online.

I’m new to this store ...I love the selection for babies and the pleasant and very helpful staff!I have twin grand daughters arriving soon ... I’m sure I will be shopping at Carter’s frequently!!

Love this place ! Been coming here for more then 8 years to buy for my kids. Way bigger selection girls then boys. Recommend more for babies and toddlers . This store is always neat and clean. Friendly workers .
