Everyone was absolutely wonderful, would highly recommend. I was in communication even when I couldn’t come in they made my car buying experience as smooth as possible. Maranda was amazing and help me out greatly over the phone to make sure I had all my paper work before coming in so I didn’t have much to do when it came time for my appointment. Everyone was wonderful as well

I recently purchased a Lexus from CarMax in Attleboro, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Even with the RMV issues, Jacob went the extra mile to ensure a smooth process. After the purchase, I had a minor issue with the car. Joe in the service department was outstanding, fixing everything promptly and even addressing a few extra issues he spotted. The service and dedication from the team were truly impressive. A perfect 10 out of 10!

This review is for the N.Attleboro location. If you are a RI resident do not buy from CarMax in Massachusetts, they will expect you to do the VIN check, and inspection on your own. Being a RI law that this is required before selling a car the staff frequently talked to me like it was normal to have the customer do this work. They went as far to tell me Mass auto retailers can’t do inspections which is obviously a lie. During my MBA, CarMax was a company we had some discussion on primarily about business choices and the value that’s created by certain choices, which made me look into them when we were ready for a new to us car. With that there was a lot of comfort with the CarMax buying process. The vehicles are usually well priced, normally a few thousand over KBB. Overall you will get a good price on the vehicle, but RI buyers buy in RI.

When a car was purchased here it took all damn day because their registration person clearly doesn’t know what is going on. That’s not it received the wrong title! They clearly are really good at their jobs…NOT. Runnnnnnn don’t go here

Certainly the easiest way to select the vehicle we preferred from your vetted inventory of quality used vehicles, for a reasonable price. The reps we dealt with all made sure our needs were met, never experienced high pressure sales tactics, responded quickly to any request. Best used car buying experience we ever have had.

I had a fantastic experience recently at the Carmax North Attleboro location. It was a very easy process to test drive vehicles that met my needs. Matthew helped me throughout the cur purchase experience, and tool time to understand what my priorities were and then match me with the right vehicles. Once we got to financing and signing the paperwork, I felt like everything was clear and Matthew took the effort to make sure I understood every step. Very excited about the new vehicle, and so happy that I left feeling like I had a supportive salesperson to help me. Thanks!

My wife and I made an appointment to test drive a car at 4:30. We were told someone would be with us shortly. Someone finally came to get us around 5:10. After signing a few forms and giving them a bunch of information, they drove the car up after about a 10 minute wait. We were told that if our test drive took more than 20 minutes, they could report the car as stolen. Luckily, we didn't like the car because the brakes scraped. They invited us to look thru the lot for other cars, but we passed. They DID offer to top off our gas tank to make up for the wait, but we had just filled up. We won't be back!
