Overall from vehicle(s) to sales agent(s) have been a great to excellent experience. The only reason I’m rating a 3 is because of the finance manager, James. He has this incredible ability to make you feel uncomfortable and tends to coerce you into things you don’t need or want. I’m still going to recommend this dealership despite the finance manager, seeing that majority of the time is spent with the sales agent. However if it wasn’t for my positive experiences with the sales agent, I’d stay clear of this place.

Salesperson Ricky was terrific. No hard sell, but was successful in upselling our vehicle choice. No games involving sales manager, ... etc. Good communications as we waited anxiously for vehicle to be delivered (3 week leadtme). Would recommend Ricky.
At delivery, Sales Manager, David, made an explicit 9:30am meeting time but kept us waiting 30 minutes as he was "in a meeting". No apologies, ...etc. Found him to be a bit arogant. Would not want to deal with him again.
Sales person Sebastien walked us through the vehicle functionality at final delivery. He was terrific.
Business Manager, James, made the final paperwork straight forward. No hard sell of warranty's ..etc.
I would (and likely will) purchase here again, but I'll be choosing who to work with in the process.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here, from buying my car to having it serviced. I drive 45 minutes to come here rather than go to my local Toyota dealership simply because of the quality of service.
