Outstanding service and exceptional quality! My dipping powder nails are gorgeous, and the gel full set looks incredible. The pedicure was so refreshing. The best place for nail services in town!

I was appalled by the customer service my daughter received at beauty nails and spa.
I’ve been a customer for years they just lost a valuable customer for sure.
My daughter went to get a full set for her prom nails.
My daughter is 17 she explained what she wanted Kim did the complete opposite.
All of her nails were different shapes and not the length she asked for.
I mentioned this to another technician.
My daughter let Kim know and Kim said in front of everyone in the salon totally embarrassing my daughter I cannot do that shape your fingers will look fat and chunky.
To say this to a 17 year old young lady?
So I was so upset I called spoke with Kim she proceeded to say it’s not her problem.
I said yes it is my daughter is very unhappy and you embarrassed her.
I paid $47 for something my daughter didn’t want.
I was told she could go back today and reassured they would fix them.
I said ok thank you.
My daughter went back today Kim called her out in front of the salon again.
Stating her hands and fingers will look to chunky.
All they did is file my daughter’s nails even shorter.
They proceeded to say that’s all they can do she would have to pay extra to get them redone.
Again for the second time my daughter left in tears.
I am extremely unhappy I will never go back there again.
Kim kept saying not her problem absolutely terrible customer service.
I will be telling my friends about this experience.
Now my daughter is going elsewhere to get the nails taken off and for the nails she asked for in the first place.
Very unprofessional I’ll never return.
If I could give zero stars I would.

I’ve been coming here for like ten years and usually it’s excellent. However I went yesterday and had someone I’ve never had before… and my experience was not good.
First she stopped like 4-5 times to text or be on her phone. Then later she actually took a FaceTime call while working on me. Spent like ten mins doing one thing to one leg, just to ignore the other leg completely. All of which is irritating, but I would’ve gotten over it. But she also sliced up one of my toes, trying to dig out a non-existent ingrown nail. So now the skin on one side of my big toe is all sliced, swollen, red, and painful.
Super disappointed, and frankly worried I’m going to get an infection. I will go back, just because my positive experiences have outweighed the negative. But this was just really disappointing.

Went there yesterday for a pedicure. Nail tech thinks shes a podiatrist and tried to dig out a slightly ingrown toenail. No one asked her to. Once I realized what she was doing I made her stop. But the damage was done. It’s now the next day and my big toe is killing me. The only good thing I can say is she gave a nice massage. I sure hope this doesn’t become infected.

I’m never disappointed by this place. I usually make an appointment but if im running late, I tell them I don’t mind waiting. They’re all so understanding, and they reach your needs. Tiffany is my girl! Love her. And Rose too. But all, the nail techs here are great. Thank you Kim, for running your business. So grateful for all of you.

The pink and white treatment at this salon is excellent! Throughout, astounding talent and accuracy were demonstrated. My nails have never looked so neat and glossy. If you want to seem sophisticated and traditional, this treatment is great for you.

Hi there- I’ve come in before and had a great experience. My one recommendation I gleaned today - if you need to close early (which is completely understandable!) stop taking walk-ins. It was clear when I sat in the chair she didn’t want to provide the service - rushing is an understatement. First, there was dust & nail
clippings from the previous person, as well as a wet towel she kept placing me ontop of. I left with a pretty gnarly cut on my cuticle and lopsided acrylics. I asked for two reasonable fixes (ONE nail needed to be shaped more as it looked visibly wonky, & the tech wouldn’t remove all the nail polish before putting new color on.) Also, I was only able to ask quickly during the 30 seconds she wasn’t on the phone. The response I got actually made me feel sad & kind of demeaned. I ended the service because it was just so uncomfortable. On top of being jostled around and pulled about without warning, instead of a gentle ask to move my hand slightly. It was bizarre and inconsiderate. After I asked nicely to end the service with assurance that I’d still pay, I was ignored until I paid & left. Simply let your patrons know when they enter that you’re closing early, give them the option to go elsewhere so they don’t have to receive a partial service & you’re not overwhelmed with inquiries you can’t accommodate. No harm no foul in being honest. I would’ve been happy to come back at a better time. Before posting this, I read through other reviews and it seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I hope this is helpful and you do more than “talking to your staff.”
