I'm only writing this because I had problems on the inside with management that unfortunately lead to my departure from Aria's after my entire staff quit and there was some heavy disagreement between me and the owner to all my loyal clients I am sorry if this affected you but I agree you should not shop here. I do to apologize all that were affected by this change

I came in the store for the last two days trying on about 15 dresses for a special occasion with my husband. Kayla was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful! She made me feel very comfortable in my own skin when trying on dresses, even when they didn’t fit me and we had to size up! She took the time to understand what I wanted and even help to pick a few dresses herself that she thought I may like. I never felt ashamed or embarrassed about myself or my body while she helped me zip and unzip all of these dresses and get in and out of them. (Size 10-12). I felt the selection was great, but she did say due to upcoming improvements being made to the store. The selection of sizes may not be ideal, but I was still able to leave the store with a beautiful dress that we chose together. My only feedback would be if the dresses could be arranged by color in a clear concise way so we can shop by our color preference instead of having to go around the store, but I’m hoping that will come with the new improvements! Kayla, thank you so much for making me feel welcome in the store! I can’t wait for my special occasion with my husband and he is going to love the dress!

Very pretty formal dresses and gowns in a vast selection of styles and colors. Greg was very friendly and helpful. Those are the only positives I can say about this store and the reason why I’m giving it two stars, where it honestly deserves zero for extremely poor management. The not-so-good is that the stock of available sizes wasn’t great; I was fortunate enough to purchase a breathtakingly beautiful dress for my daughter for prom in her size. The horrible is that I made an appointment for the following Saturday at the store for alterations. We were given clear instructions to arrive at the mall 30 minutes before the appointment to make sure we were there on time in case of traffic or other hold-ups; we were informed that the seamstress was only available during certain times and would not wait. We arrived early as requested, and were stunned to see handwritten signs on the windows/door grate that due to a staffing shortage, they would only be open on Wednesdays from now on (at the height of prom dress shopping season - yeah, that’s pretty bad). NO ONE called me to notify me that the store would be closed and our appointment was cancelled. Even if they did reach out at this point, I would not reschedule as I was fortunate enough to find someone who can make the needed alterations somewhere else. If you have time on Wednesday only to buy a dress and happen to fall in love with one at this place, sure, go for it… but absolutely plan to have alterations done somewhere else. Truthfully, after this experience, I wish I spent the money at a better establishment. Also, check out the website for the poor woman who owns ariacouture . com, a local business in WASHINGTON STATE who is getting poor reviews due to the bad experiences at this store at the Emerald Square Mall in Massachusetts, which the owner will do nothing about.

I just need to talk about Greg. He knows what he’s talking about, he made this experience fun! He was so helpful and respectful. When the dress wasn’t the right size he went out of his way to call the Warwick location! He made prom dress shopping painless. I highly recommend Arias at Emerald!

It has come to knowledge that Attleboro Aria turned away a young lady seeking a prom dress. This young lady was turned away because she didn't fit the size2 criteria .... She is a size 14 and was told by the so called friendly accommodating staff that they didn't have her size!!! This poor young lady. .. how dare you , I hope your customers realize what a sham and your staff is all about !!!!!

One of the best places I’ve ever been for a formal dress shop! They didn’t have my size in store but the woman ACTUALLY MEASURED ME and I got the dress in 2 weeks, and if fit PERFECTLY. I’ve never been so satisfied by a dress shop and I’ll never be returning to David’s Bridal!

Girl never looked up from her cell phone stayed behind counter. My daughter said can I try on this dress said go ahead never asked us how does it fit do you need anything else nothing . Loved the dress but left because so rude and never looked up to even say bye.

automatically assumes your trying on for fun even if you are young, i had a wedding to go to and asked to try on a dress and she looked me in the eyes and said “um no, we don’t try on for fun.” with an attitude
