We were literally on our way to a beach house vacation, car loaded, kids in, when my car wouldn’t start. Using our Triple A membership we called for service and they dispatched through Achins Garage. The service man arrived in about 30 minutes and replaced a dead battery, getting us back on route to our vacation really quickly!

Big shout out to Ben who was extremely helpful while I was in a extreme hard situation. I was stranded with a electric rental car at a gas station and he was able to help me. Ben helped me find, not just one but two charging stations near me, which the first one was not working and he once again took me to a different charging station. Even though he could have just dropped me off and got on his way he took the time to make sure that my car was was properly being charged after having some issues while getting it started. Ben was so helpful and made me feel at ease after having a tough day. Highly recommend the company and the once again thank you, big shout out to Ben for understanding and professionalism.

I called AAA for a tow, they dispatched this garage and gave me a 1 hour and 15 minute window. After about 2 hours and 40 minutes they sent me a notification that they were in route. I was originally stuck on a busy road and pulled around the corner where it was safer. When the driver called he said he was given a different address. The garage then called me and told me he was only cleared for that location and I have to call and reschedule a different pick up, after I explained that I was literally around the corner a 2 MIN walk. He was adamant about me calling AAA again. So I will never give this any of my business in the future!

I called for a tow through AAA and Jordan E was so nice and efficient. He was so personable and loaded my car up so fast. He showed me the screw in my tire and told me it should be able to be patched. I have bad anxiety so any unfavorable situation is stressful and he was just really friendly and easy going.

I only gave it a three due they charge me for plugging a tire that literally took less then 5 mins a 1 hr service it stated on my receipt for 30 dollars..I was like wow 30 just to plug a tire it's usually 10 dollars, but I needed to get back to Boston.

Dustin R. Saved our butts this weekend. It rained and hailed on him while he replaced our battery but he was very professional and knowledgeable- let.my husband talk his ear off while working. Very kind, too. We're gonna name our next pet fish after him.

I didn’t catch my tow truck drivers name but he was beyond nice. He Gave me recommendations on new cars and what to stay away from in the event that I need to buy a new one. Thanks for making a crappy day into a better day!
