Just used John and the Well Water team for the first time to fix an issue with our irrigation pump and could not have been more pleased with the service. John was super responsive and had his team on-site within the week. Nick and Caden were both great - they showed up on-time, explained the issues and our repair options thoroughly and clearly and got us back up and running (including replacement of several parts) within a few hours. My property has been using the well and pump from WWC for years. My 15 year old pump just died and I needed to get it replaced ASAP before this week's heat wave. John reached out directly and worked with me on a price and Nick was able to expertly install it the next day. I called this company because my well had stopped working. They came and looked at it and told me that the problem was electrical and that I would need an electrician. They ran a temporary line to the well, but couldn't permanently fix the problem. They sent a bill of over $1800, but the problem wasn't fixed. Plus they removed the sticker of the original installer (with his contact information) and put theirs on my well. They listed charges like "Underground Danger/Hazard fee" , but they didn't do any digging or underground work, plus "project management" PLUS the service fee/ emergency upgrade. There was no "project management" I had to dig the trench myself and have my electrician (for another $1900 ) run the electricity to the well. BEWARE:These people SERIOUSLY overcharge for their sevices.

I called in need of a well inspection in a very short time crunch for my clients. The crew was super responsive and had a guy out for me within the hour. I cannot express how vital this responsive service was. They were knowledgable and informative. They had an in depth report for me within 48 hours outlining every detail about the well.
