This is my second time going to this UPS Store location. My previous experience was good; the person who assisted me was friendly enough and the process was quick. This time around, the associate was a bit standoffish. I greeted him with a smile and a "hello," but he responded with a sigh, which made me feel unwelcome.
Bad day? I get it, but please don't take it out on your customers. If you don't enjoy dealing with Amazon Prime returns, then maybe it's best to find a different job where you won't have to handle returns or interact with people. Be nice and welcoming!
Edit: I just read some of the other comments, and I'm guessing this was the "dark-haired man" that a few reviewers have mentioned.

Store is listed as open until 4 on their hours for Saturday. Store sign says it’s closed after 2. Thanks for wasting my time

I use this UPS store frequently and yes, sometimes the employees can be abrupt but usually there is only one person working which I can understand can be difficult and the reason I don’t give five stars is because they don’t have consistent hours and they’re not open when it shows they should be

Should update their hours on Google! Supposed to be open til 4 pm on Saturday. I pull up at 3 pm and they are closed.

Have always been helpful here! Staff is super pleasant and help me get things packed and shipped in a timely manner among other things I may need such as an Amazon return. Keep up the great work!

honestly i agree with the negative comments on one particular employee (dark haired gentleman) who hates it when ppl return amazon packages so he’s 99.9% not pleasant for the most part. dude it’s part of your job as UPS is an authorized drop off and why does it matter it makes them $1. is their job on commission or something. even it is, $1 each return multiplied by how many returns a day is huge. just get another job if you don’t like it. geesh

The guy there is consistently rude with an attitude to the customers including an older lady who was in line ahead of me. You actually have to hustle to get basic information like whether he is going to tape your package etc.
