The whole crew were professional and efficient. When I had a question and left a message on a Saturday morning I received a call back quickly and Sean was patient and so helpful. I love my awning and it has made a big difference in our enjoyment of outdoor deck activities. I would highly recommend Twomey and Legare Contracting.

Josh and crew communicated well and did nice work installing our 20’ awning. He demonstrated all the features and gave us some good tips for using and maintaining the awning.
We used to have a shady backyard, but recent construction and tree removal resulted in full southern sun exposure. Our Sunbrella awning looks great, works easily and provides great shade - it really enhances our patio. Also, thanks to Doug Twomey for coming out for the site visit and showing us all the various Sunsetter options.

The owner actually came out himself to provide an estimate and go over the products. Very friendly and explained everything really well. I actually got a lower price with another company, but I trusted the Sunsetter reputation and the ability to work with a company that was local and grew up in the NE area.
The awnings were installed today. They were on time and did a fabulous job. they explained the awning and how they both worked. They were courteous and left the patio the way they found it. One issue did occur, a part was missing. The owner immediately started working on it and it will be corrected shortly.

Twomey and Legare put a new roof on my previous home as well as new front doors. They stood behind their work and product when we had a few small issues so I sought them out when we bought a 1900's cottage and needed to take it down and rebuild it.
Building is never easy but Doug was incredibly organized and his subs were great workers. Someone was working on this house every single day and the subs came in like clockwork. The neighbors couldn't believe how well this home went up. Great workmanship and great workers on his team besides the subs.
Know what you want and keep communication open and you will be happy with the end result.

I've had Twomey and Legare do work at my house twice now. First they installed a huge awning which has been a game changer for enjoying the backyard. Next they came and built a new deck around my pool connected to my existing deck. It came out great! Communication was great and the workers were knowledgeable, professional and kind. OMG! I've finally found a contracting company I can rely on. The salesperson Kerry arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The lead time for install was spot on. The work crew, Josh, Joel and Jose did a flawless job installing our SunSetter, and cleaning up the area, all within the given time frame. What more could a customer ask for! Kudos to a great company! Now it's time to enjoy our deck in comfort.

If you're looking for a team of Professionals, call Twomey and Legare.Phase I. We had an addition put on our home last year. New bathroom, a laundry room, large closets, beautiful hardwood floors, siding, roofing, and an Amazing new front entrance to our home.Phase II this year. We had a room to the back of our house that had no foundation, was a tear down. Doug and the team are building two new rooms and a 3 season porch.Rich and I couldn't be Happier with all the work that has been done to our home.Thank you Doug for always listening, making suggestions, and working with us until the end of the projects!Thanks to Wade, Jim, Josh, Joel and all the subcontractors that we came in contact with. We are very pleased with the work done by Doug and his crew. Never once did we have to worry "Is this contractor going to be a hack or rip me off" Our addition started on time and finished on time. The communication between everybody was excellent. The crew of workers were always friendly, courteous and professional. I will likely use them again.
