Just walked into this business. I thank God they didn't have what I needed because I would have driven across the country vs purchasing from this business. I walked in and politely stood behind the register and the kid at the register went on about his business as if I wasn't standing there or didn't say "morning". No acknowledgement what so ever just went on eating his cheese curls. He must be the owners son because i know any regular employee wouldn't have the balls to be such an arrogant a***

So infuriating and unprofessional. Update your Google Map hours. We drove 30 minutes and called. It says open “9-4pm on Saturdays.” Unfortunately whoever owns the place cares about nobody. How many people have made this mistake. How much time has been wasted. And it’s renovation season all day every day - business must be so good to have this bad of customer service. Congrats!

I recently bought a kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet (both Kohler) and was very happy with the advice given by Dave and Diane. The Kohler products have really fine quality.....comparable, in my opinion, to the Grohe products. I would return for their quality products and service.

Stopped by and all the salespeople were busy, which was fine; however, in the 45 minutes we were there, no one ever greeted us, took our name or even acknowledged us. We left an wont be coming back.

Wish I had paid better attention to the other reviews. Exact same experience as other people. I spent over $4,000 on items for my bath remodel, including $1,560 on a vanity alone - no sink or top included. Fine, I don't mind that as I would rather pay more for quality that will last. When my contractor went to install the vanity the filler strips I had discussed with my salesperson were missing. This was discovered when they opened the crate on a Friday morning. I called first thing as I wanted to get this taken care of before the weekend. No one there ever wants to help you unless it is their order, so they tell me she is there and will transfer me over. I get her voicemail and leave a polite message explaining the issue. No response all day long. I call again in the late afternoon and get voicemail yet again. Leave another polite message, but I'm getting more annoyed. Saturday morning I still have not heard back so I call again, and am transferred to vm AGAIN. I call back right away and explain I have already left 2 voicemails and want to talk to anyone who can help as I know they are closed Sunday and Monday. I explain the issue and the woman says she can't call the vendor now as the vendor is closed weekends (which is why I called twice on Friday) and they are closed Monday, so it will be Tuesday earliest. Her guess though is that the filler strips would not be able to be sent to me for another MONTH. I already waited 5 weeks for the vanity. This woman says she will absolutely have my saleswoman call me right back, she's finishing with another customer now, blah blah, blah. All day long, no call. Finally at 3:45 the phone rings and I am upstairs so just miss the call. It is my saleswoman, finally, telling me I can go to Home Depot, find a strip of wood, and bring it with a drawer to the paint store to paint match it. So happy I spent that much on a vanity to slap some random wood on the side and hope it matches. No apology for not ordering it in the first place, no apology for this inconvenience. Only a warning that she is only around for another 15 minutes and then out on vacation for a week. I literally call her RIGHT BACK and the phone rings and rings. I call a second time and when someone finally answers and I ask if she's there they say yes, transfer me, and I receive...voicemail!!! Surprise! Saying she's gone for the week! Customer service here is appalling. In contrast, I had my kitchen remodeled last year working with a kitchen specific shop and the woman I worked with there literally returned every phone call or email to her within an hour TOPS. She forgot to order one piece during the course of the work (mistakes happen), and not only did she apologize profusely, she rush ordered the piece to limit the inconvenience. That is how you do business.

At the first anniversary of the Columbia gas explosions I just want to thank you folks once again for your help. When my heating contractor of 13 years decided to price gouge and I asked you folks for recommendations, within minutes you gave me names - I received immediate help, had a new electric water heater up and running - and a new boiler before winter officially arrived - thank you again for your great support! A REALLY satisfied customer!

We spent almost two hours picking out fixtures with one of their employees. The estimate took almost two weeks to get because she went out of town on business before writing it up. Several calls and emails later, we finally got the write up. There were several items we selected that were missing and when I informed her of this, I got no response. We still haven't heard back and have gone elsewhere. I was really disappointed in the lack of integrity and customer service. I would not recommend this showroom to anyone who values their time.

Agree with the previous review. Customer service is p*ss poor at best. You have to beg this company to call you back so you can give them your money. Then, track the order like a hawk to make sure it's right and delivered on time. And for all this, you pay a premium!

Don't go here. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Which is especially annoying, since I spent close to $1,000 in bathroom fixtures. Paid for expedited shipping, never came in and then claimed Kohler delayed the order. Delayed an entire bath remodel project over 2 weeks, granted a holiday fell in the middle. Also, gave me a tub spout that doesn't match the faucets and tried to claim she showed it to me. Then when I call my salesperson, Kelly, and tried to explain the problem, she would not listen. Asked for the manager and she hung up on me. WORST VENDOR....don't do it....there are plenty of alternatives out there.
