I had an issue with the plastic hood protecting the bottom of my car. The mechanic at Sutton St. Service put it on their lift, showed me the issue, and fixed it perfectly. Got a text when it was done and the work was great. They were very professional and timely and earned my business!

New ownership is very knowledgeable and efficient. Gave me all the needed info when replacing my breaks and rotors including calipers. Price was great as well. Highly recommend.

Took car on for routine maintenance and inspection, and a headlight issue. Was a pain to deal with (friendly and cheerful, but over-busy/slow and didn't seem knowledgeable, had to ask techs and still gave me wrong answer) the person (secretary?) who answered the phone.Quoted me a massive price ($1300-$1700) for a headlight repair issue, couldn't even schedule me for the repair for about 2 weeks, and the bumper (the undercarriage spoiler had a couple clips loose/detached- had been hanging slightly for a while, but they did nothing about it... bumper fell off after the spoiler detached) literally fell off the very next day- which I was under the impression they were going to secure, when I mentioned it to them...

I had an emergency with my 2011 Volvo XC90 R returning from skiing some 200 miles away from my home late Friday night. I had my car towed into Sutton on a recommendation from AAA. Chip was extremely professional, helpful and had excellent communication with me over the time my car was there. He explained fully the issue, quoted a price and came in below it. Worst experience ever!! WARNING WAY OVERPRICED !!!We took my wife’s car there because the check engine light came on when she was heading home from work. She is pregnant and didn’t want to take any chances driving the car back home. So, she called AAA and was recommended this shop.It took two days to just put the scanner on to let us know what was wrong. They send my wife the code error for the check engine, something about the purge valve, so I looked that up and i see it’s something not too hard to do so I decided to do it myself and save some money since I noticed they wanted to charge me almost 600$ for the job. I think a bit too much for a 45 min job. They also wanted to charge me literally 150$ to replace the fuel cap(since one of the codes recommended to do that). Really???? I went to autozone and bought one for 15$ and took me less that 2 min to change it!!! And the rest of the bill was to change the purge valve, charging me 130$ just for the part! I went to autozone and got it for 60$. So just in parts there seems to be a lot of overcharging.I decided to pick up the car and do it myself and when my wife told them that they said they were going to charge us 125$ for having the car checked. Another red flag!!! Since they weren’t going to do the job they had to charge me for something that autozone does for free. Good way to keep customers. Anyway, I didn’t care much about that because I knew it I was going to save a lot of money. So i went to pick up the car and the girl over there was super nice to me, charged me without asking any questions and gave me the keys.I leave and bring my car home. The next day I go to fix the car and change the part when I noticed that i have a flat tire on the car!!! Brand new tire that I put not less than 2 months ago What are the odds???Like I said, worst experience ever!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

STAY AWAY Unprofessional and Rudethey tried to charge me 900 dollars for the part when I called the dealership it was way cheaper (half price)I decided to take my car elsewhere the guy got really mad and charged me 125 dollars for a car diagnostic while it’s free in every other place.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My car had a flat tire. I called triple A. They sent me here. When I arrived the owner saw the tow truck and was in disgust they brought me here. When I went inside and spoke with the young man at the front door he said they don't have many tires and most likely couldn't fix it today (without even looking at it). I understand being busy but this place is very unprofessional. I suggest going elsewhere.
